Always a fun experience coming here. Will always come back when we are visiting the island!
Our server, Andre, couldn't have been more engaging or professional. Contrary to many reviews, we found the prices to be very reasonable (and we are middle-class Ohioans). The food was outstanding. Highly recommend the putanesca (incredible flavor), the hummous and the beet salad. And you can't beat the views or ambiance. We are definitely going to return if we get back to Marco Island.
I was very happy with the service and the overall quality of the staff was excellent. The atmosphere is fun and you can certainly have a great time here. If your wondering why I only gave 3 stars it's because of the food. It was very expensive and of poor quality for the cost. It is not bad but for the high price as expect good food. The most obvious is the rice which is clearly from a box and tastes as such. The salmon was nothing special but again not bad. Basically you don't come here to enjoy the food, it's for the atmosphere which is fun (retired age group mostly) and lively. If the food was better or cheaper I would rate 5 stars.
Great ambiance, views, service, and food.
Went with a party of five. Service was excellent, food was good, salad dressings were kind of bland. Good variety on the menu. Will go again.
My family of 5 was vacationing in Marco Island and were recommended this restaurant. However when we were seated, NO ONE came to take our drink orders. At least 6 different waiters and waitresses walked by and no one awknowledged us. After about 10 minutes waiting we decided to leave.
Service was great. The atmosphere was nice. It's right on the water, so it's a nice spot for having out. However, the food is awful Also, overpriced. We ordered nachos, hummus, flat bread pizza, chicken wrap, and a Mediterranean salad so lots of dishes. Not one was good. Everything taste like processed junk out of a can. The pizza was the worst of all. How do you mess up cheese pizza? The drinks were watered down and served in plastic cups. Basically, food and drink gets a well deserved one star. Only reason this place gets two stars is due to location and service.
Overall pretty good. Good service, good drinks, good location. Menu had lots of options covering a wide variety of budgets.
I got the catch of the day, was a little pricey for what you got (Pina colada grouper). Cut of fish was small but pretty good. Sides were pretty bland. Wife got crab cakes which were very good.
I'd give this a five stars on location, service, drinks, menu variety, and the indoor/outdoor seating. I'd say the food is about a 3.5 stars.
In addition to our indoor table being swarmed by flies, the meal itself was rather disappointing and underwhelming considering the price. We've been coming to Marco for more years than we can count and are always interested in adding a new restaurant to our week long stays. Needless to say, this one definitely doesn't come close to making the cut. Too many great places to eat on Marco and nearby Isle of Capri and Naples to give this place a try. Avoid!
I would really only recommend coming here if you are a tourist looking for a really nice view, other than that skip this place. The food is a bit over priced, and is nothing special. I had the spaghetti puttanesca and I was underwhelmed, there was nothing special to warrant such price for a pasta dish. The real money pit is extras! From $2 to upgrade pasta to vegan pasta to $5 extra to get a baked potatoe candies, it just doesn't seem worth it to me. My waitress was a kind lady, but she did not come once to fill up my drinks, and did not ask how my food was. My girlfriend ordered the chicken pot pie, and loved it, however she wished the waitress was informative about how scolding hot the food was.
