When we decided that we would soon sell our Highland Park condo, we turned to our most real estate savvy friend for a realtor recommendation. He insisted we partner with the Moreno Group and we are so grateful that he did! Laura, Eileen and George worked with us from the very beginning, when selling our home was still just an idea. Well over a year before we were ready to put our property on the market, they all came to our condo, advised us on updates and referred us to a great contractor. They guided us through the entire process in order to ensure we would get the best possible return on every penny we spent.

Between the time we finished our updates and were ready to go to market, they kept in touch to advise us on timing and strategy. When it finally came time to list, they were right there to do final walk-throughs, advise on finishing touches, bring in the staging company and manage the entire process on the ground. We had already moved out of the city the month prior and we slept soundly knowing our home was in their hands.

In the end, the Moreno Group’s thorough knowledge and expertise, along with the extensive amount of extra care and attention they give to their clients, culminated in us selling our home way faster than expected and for way, way above asking. I wish I could give 10 stars -- that is what they truly deserve. They were the sellers' Realtors when we purchased our house in 2006 and they will definitely be our Realtors when we put the house on the market again. Over the years, they have been our frequent go-to source for solutions of any kind -- from estate planning, to home improvements and repair, even to attorney suggestions/recommendations -- the list is very long. They are extremely knowledgeable, full of resources, always ready to help and carry through until all issues are resolved in the best possible way. I cannot even begin to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for all that they have done and do. They are simply THE BEST!!!!

We recently sold our Los Feliz home with Eileen, Laura, and George and I could not be more pleased with the outcome! Our home sold at over $600,000 over asking and we accepted an offer in under two weeks on the market! We are elated. The Moreno team really really knows what they are doing. We absolutely loved our house, it was our dream house, but we needed to move for a job, so we had to sell. As soon as we called them Eileen and Laura came by to visit, giving us very specific advice on how to spruce the place up for the market. Laura was so helpful with picking out the perfect accents for staging and showing the place--from advice on paint colors to selecting fresh flowers for the open house. They even went out and bought plants themselves and brought them to the house for us. This was a level of service that we did not expect but were very pleased with. Based on their amazing track record in the area, we completely trusted them and did everything they suggested. They know exactly what they are doing! After holding a broker's open house and a public open house we had several offers in hand. In addition to knowing how to make a house look great for the market, the Morenos are also expert negotiators--which is a critical part of selling a home. They were able to negotiate with all of our potential buyers to get us the best package possible. They are also excellent communicators, calling and texting with updates as needed, but not calling too much either. We were elated to sell our house quickly and way over the asking price, all thanks to the expertise of Eileen, Laura, and George. George, Eileen and Laura Moreno are just SUPER! We met them in one of their open houses in 2017. We were very impressed with their professionalism and their teamwork. Therefore, when it was time for us to put our house on the market, we had no hesitation in picking the Moreno Group. Once they became our broker, their involvement in small details (selecting plants to enhance our patio and bringing extra plants for the inside of our home) and major decisions (such as painting and staging the house) really impressed us. We feel that all the details played a key role in selling of the house for even more than we anticipated! By chance, the timing of when we had to put our home on the market came right at beginning of COVID-19 shelter-in-place time. We were very concerned to placing our house on the market during this challenging time, but had already moved out to get our home with the idea of selling it. Without having a single open house, The Moreno Team managed to sell above the listing price. We are very pleased with their professionalism and they were very pleasant to work with. We will definitely recommend them without hesitation!
