Actually it’s no star for me, I been waiting for almost 3 months for someone to let me know more about my roof. They sent a guy to my house a month after I call them. He stated that I had SEVERE HAIL DAMAGE. I gave them a week and still no one contacted me. I call talked to a lady, she clearly states I will get you that quote by next week. This went on for a couple months. I then talking to another lady..She clearly states I will send some one Monday, for sure, still no one came back over or they haven’t called me. So I was calling everyday, another excuse she stated. Give me 20 minutes I will send to your email. (Still nothing). So I called again this morning, she knew exactly who I was, and started to say they short staff and she tried to get the guys to write me out something. So here goes another excuse, so when she started, I just told her forget everything, I found someone else. So I advised no one do business with them bc they will give you the run around. Instead of just Been honest from the start. Bad business!!!!!!

Jonesboro Roofing did and great job on our house. We could not get a roofer locally, so I called them. They resolved an issue I had with a subcontractor quickly and honestly.

I gave them 2 stars because they did a good job on my grandmothers roof this year, but when it came time to do my fathers roof, which was a MUCH bigger project I couldn't get anyone to call me back! I called them 3 or 4 times over a 2 week period and the lady at the front esk (who should definitely be fired) was short with me and just kept saying they were too busy and they would get to my lead card and call me when they could.really?Very disappointing and they definitely lost my businesswhich I would have given them competitive bid free.
