Stopped for a few nights, stayed for a few weeks!
Fell in love with the people here, great service all around.
This isn't a fancy place, but I don't like the snobbery that goes along with the expensive parks.
This place has clean bath houses, a great laundry room, and level sites.
Nice lake and pond with boats to rent, and my dogs loved walking the trails.

Not Pit, Bulldog, Great Dane, or any dog that looks like pit or Bull dog friendly small campground. Nice.

We were very lucky to find the last spot here when we came to town. The park has a great mix of short and long term RVers. The office staff is helpful and very friendly. Maintenance is very responsive, we had an electrical problem and Wade had it fixed in 10 minutes of telling him.
They have $10 boat rental on their small lake, as well as fishing. We extended our stay, easy to get to Savannah and very affordable.response / report this review -

Love the peaceful park and the friendly people! Always upgrading the park, we come every October and stay till May and it's sweet to come back to the rv park.love the manager Christy and her crew is wonderful! God willing we will continue coming:)

I went to a cookout there, it's a mobile home park that also has an Rv park on the other side I wasn't at the Rv park so I don't know how it is but I had a good time where I was at.

The best park I've found. Great laundry, and the bathrooms are huge and spotless. Playground is just awesome. And the prices are the lowest around!

Worst camp ground around! Management is done by "Market Street South" out of Rincon they only manage trailer parks. So with that said their manager likes to make up lies to cover his incompetence as a manager. Market Street South does not care what he does and he admitted it. If you want to know who the manager is he is the fake one that walks around in a wife beater that is to short for him. I have pictures of poop on the cielings in the restroom. Mold all over in the showers. Grass never gets cut except by the play ground that is 100 years old. Ants, ants ants which turn into flies. Manager is looking for people that stay inside and never comes out. I am sure their response will be a attempt to cover the truth up and try to twist it around. Pictures of campground are very old. Market Street South what do u want me to do fire him? She then said if you have a problem at Walmart you don't run to the Walton's. Worse thing I have ever heard. If the Walton's new their place was being run like that then I am sure they would like to know. Market Street South was more concerned how I found out about them. Let's see what their response cover up.

Stayed here to visit Savannah. Young lady who checked us in was very nice. Assigned site was by the lake; sites are a little tight. Could not open awning all the way due to the bush between the sites. Bathrooms were clean. Laundry facility was nice. They do not allow use of your own washer/dryer; not sure why. Quite a number of permanent campers. Stayed in a 36ft. motorhome.

Needed a place to stay due to weather, but if we had a choice, we definitely wouldn't have stayed here. Area is ok, but the bathrooms and showers are disgusting. I guess most of the sites are people who live there and don't use the bathrooms. The bathrooms don't deserve even one star. My husband said he wouldn't even take our dogs in them We've traveled many years and have been to nasty campgrounds, this one, bathroom wise, might top the nastiest..

Nice campground, we'll maintained & clean. Has all the needs modern RVer's are looking. Stayed here for only 1 night as we passed through. However in the future I plan to visit here & stay again. The staff are very friendly & helpful. To anyone arriving at night, just beware there is a trailer park to this business, which is separated from the RV Resort. When we arrived at night, after office closed, we unintentionally turned into the trailer park. Only way out was to turn around, & having a car towing dolly, we could not back up & therefore had to disconnect the small car & then turn around.

Absolutely the best RV park my fiancé and I have ever stayed at. Washer and dryer machines work tremendously great. They're kind and welcoming. Very clean RV park with nice fishing area! Would love to stay again!
