My experience with Car Zone of Murfreesboro was very positive. I traveled from out of state to look at a used Subaru, and though I did not purchase the vehicle, I'm happy I was able to visit this dealership. Communication was very clear and forthcoming. I asked a lot of questions and all of them were answered with patience and courtesy. I even placed a security deposit on the vehicle, decided I didn't want it, and they still refunded me. No pressure, no hassle. Just adults respecting other adults searching for used cars.

Good experience with these guys. Got a great deal on my SUV. They want to make sure the customer is happy. I will look at this dealership inventory again when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle.

By far, they are the nicest, most professional car dealers I have ever dealt with since I've been a car owner for 37 yrs. Friendly, courteous and the ability to fully meet your needs when buying a vehicle. They have a large inventory to choose from. If it's not on their lot, they will find the vehicle you're looking for incredibly fast, (as they did for me)! I was so impressed by their professionalism and courtesy, I secured a second vehicle from them 2 months later without giving a second thought of even looking anywhere else!!! KUDOS TO THESE PRO'S!!!!! 10 stars if I could!!!

Manager at Car Zone worked very hard to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. Even going the extra mile to travel overnight and haul the vehicle back to me before me weekend trip out of town.
This was the second vehicle I have purchased here. Excellent service and honest prices! Would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a good quality used car. Been a customer 2005, and still coming back.

I recently bought a dodge ram from Car Zone. When I went to take it through marta it failed. I took the truck back to Car Zone expecting a problem they said it was no problem and would have it fixed for me. Needless to say it was fixed and I am a proud owner of a great truck. Every encounter I had with these guys has been pleasant and I will most definitely be a returning customer.
