How to lose a customer, permanently, in one easy lesson Do a change of the lube fluid in the transfer case and differentials (only!) in an '06 2500HD Silverado pickup. Then charge the customer over $403 for said 'service'. Buh, bye, Asheville Chevrolet (NC), and farewell, GM! Never again!

Note that this did not involve the engine or transmission. Yep, I shoulda asked first, but they were quite reasonable in the transmission fluid change a few months back.

Worst customer service ever $200 just to get into the engine and they're saying it could be a block or something else for that matter which is about three to four thousand dollars hi but mostly GM my whole life I will never ever ever buy another GM product in my life I'll switch to Ford from here on out very disgusted with GM and social media WILL KILL GM

If you have never been here before, know now that it can be very confusing to navigate. This is a great place though, housing most of the corporate GM business, as well as other companies, and restaurants. The restaurants range from high end to fast food in the food court.
