This new facility is a warm environment. The staff go above and beyond. I trust the judgements made by Primary care provider and the nursing staff as well.

The Lab personnel are great and ON TIME. The clinic side is horrible. Always late calling you back and then you sit longer in a room. Expect another 20 min after your scheduled time to be seen by the Dr.

They relocated do you other end of Otsego Drive gone across from the Chevy dealership just recently into a brand new building. Any restrictions or personal and I will not put them out on front Street. However I will help other veterans and families find letting y’all know I The old VACBOC of Gaylord Michigan is no longer near the library and has not been for months. The old building has been cleared out and is up for lease. The new one is no closer to the 75 interchange across from Burger King South down from the Chevy dealership.

Great! Wonderful! Then something happened to my knee, it's been over 2 weeks and still haven't heard anything from my doctor

I have been trying to talk to someone at the Gaylord VA clinic. Started calling Aug 12, don't recall how many ph transfers I got, waiting on telephone then they hangup, leaving call back number no call back.
Trying again a month later, same thing, busy signal, phone line goes dead, crazy. Good thing it's not an emergency. Yes, they take care of veterans, phfffft
