Booked a 14 passenger for a dolphins game. Francesca and Heath were very professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend for future trips.

WARNING UPDATE:
Interesting response from a company that is supposed to be professional. I am a real mother with a real child that was put in danger by your company. You can see that I have written other reviews in the past some good and some bad. This is not a spam account. If you actually cared about the children in your care and what actually happened you would’ve asked for me to reach out to you rather than say that the party host is Disparaging your company by posting fake reviews. Your response says everything any potential customer needs to know!
WARNING Do not use this company!!! The prior review is 100% correct. My daughter was a guest at that party that used this company and the limo driver, at the direction of the business owner, pulled over on the side of the Florida Turnpike and did in fact hold the kids hostage putting their lives in danger ! The kids were terrified!! My daughter called me from the limo terrified and stated that the driver nearly got into several car accidents because, when he did start driving again, he was going so slow on the Turnpike that other cars almost hit them and were honking like mad! My daughter is traumatized over the actions of this driver. I too have contacted the police department and DOT. The business owner’s response that the party host could not afford the service is laughable. Even if that were true, which it is not, you don’t put children in serious danger over a money dispute. Caution do not use this company. We contracted them for a birthday by way of a party planner. On the way home the driver stopped on the side of the fl turnpike and told the kids he was not moving over a dispute with the party planner.
I had to meet up with them and escort them back to my house as the driver was doing 40miles per hr and was a danger to the public and the passengers.
The next day I spoke to the owner who told me he told the drive to stop the bus.
What kind of person takes 20 kids basically hostage and puts them in danger over a dispute.
We will contacting the dot and local PD to file a complaint.

I hired DreamRide For my daughters 11th birthday party with a party bus to the movies. The sprinter van was very clean, on time and excellent service. Our driver Dante was very friendly and polite. My daughter and her 10 friends had such a good time. I was able to sit back and watch the fun. This was my 2nd year in a row using them and I would highly recommend.

The customer service I have experienced thus far is what I consider superb professionalism!! Before I have even considered becoming a client here, everyone was so helpful and patient!! Sending pics and answering ALL concerns I had. In all honesty they have went beyond my expectations and I’m so grateful to have come across such a phenomenal company to transport me and my wedding party to our venue. Thank you Dream Ride
