Their customer service is great, but the service that was done on my car wasn’t so much. I had a wheel bearing installed on my from left tire and a few days later I had the very same problem, almost 500 dollars out of my pocket for nothing, I wish I could have taken my car back but I was only in town for a few days and didn’t have time. Would not ever come back to let them do any work on my car.

I moved to Clarksville years 4 ago and needed my tires checked out. I noticed Gateway Tires. They looked at my tires right away so l did not forget them.
Four years later, l needed new tires.
Gateway had the best price and l was able to wait for my tires to be put on.
The next week, one tire was low. It had not been replaced because it was fairly new. Again, l waited and they found a nail. Once they had fixed it, they said your car is ready. But at no charge! Thanks again.response / report this review -

Great prices didn't try to push you to buy any piticular brand. Very nice staff and speedy service even though they only had 2 operators doing the service. Good team work.

It is hard to look forward to returning to a service shop, not so here. Being that vehicle maintenance is dreaded by all of us, I actually look forward to my continued return to this shop. The price, quality of work and high quality of team will find me back at Gateway in the next few months for more vehicle maintenance. I will not say "Keep up the good work", instead I will say, you continue the great work time and time again. Thank you.

After the KIA dealer quoted me for a problem I didn't have, I wanted a second opinion. The dealer said it was my steering column that caused my severe squeaking, after they replaced my serpentine belt last month. ?? Gateway Tire solved my problem for free. The tech saw the problem right away and took him 10 minutes to find and solve it. Andrew said it was no charge for something that took less than 15 minutes. I decided to ask about new tires and alignment, since I now had extra money. Andrew quoted me new tires, alignment and labor for less than anyone in town. Because of Andrew's great customer service, our future automotive needs will be serviced at Gateway Tire.

I'm from out of state, I'm female visiting Tn in a 3500 Dodge truck. I had a extension valve stem come off inside tire causing it to be flat. And up on realizing this I also need the other extension valve removed also to prevent a flat on that side too. I have a large slide in camper on truck. The manager at gateway was very helpful and polite. They replaced regular valve stem, which fixed tire, removed extension valve stem from other side, checked air in all 6 tires. Being female alone from out of state in need of help they were respectful. If I'm ever in need of any work again no matter what state I'll always try and find a gateway tire center. This was my first visit and will be back and give them 10 stars!!! Out of five!! Thanks so much gateway tires. Shirley Merritt

We had a blowout on I-24 and needed a new tire for our 38 ft Newmar Mountain Aire RV. Stopped here and ended up replacing all 4 rear tires. Great price and very professional. They also were very fast to get us going again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free popcorn as well! Highly recommend.

First impression was the manager was approachable and professional. Brought a drive shaft in to have the u joints replaced. One of the caps was completely broken and there was a retaining clip missing from another. There were also several retaining clips not in place. Thankfully I noticed this out in the parking lot and didn't have this installed on my car yet. I have been here 3 hours now and still waiting to have it fixed properly.

Great place! Gateway tire had the best price in town for my tires and the service was fast. Only took them an hour to put my tires on, balance and rotate them. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even offered to put on cartoons for my child as we waited.
