Bryan helped me more than any sales man I’ve ran into, I didn’t feel pressured, rushed or anything along those line. I got a really good deal on a car I really like, when they say something they mean it. I don’t recommend any other dealership besides Gary Mathews, it was a great car buying experience. Thank you guys.

I took my good friend to purchase a vehicle here. The sales representative basically just had an attitude with us because we didn't want to buy the car on the spot because we also wanted to go look at other dealerships. When we were shown cars and asked about certain deficiencies such as a broken headlight, balding tires, and a window not working at all, we were basically told, "well what you do you expect with a used car?" This guy had no customer service skills and was intensely aggressive and intimidating. Wouldn't come here again.

I brought my car in for recall and cylinder head replacement. It was covered by extended warranty. Told me car has another issue and quoted me over $700. Over $300 for the part. I can get it online for $50.
They picked me up when my car was ready. I wish I knew they offered shuttle, as I struggled to find someone to take me home. Appreciate they offer this service.response / report this review -

I'm extremely disappointed with Gary Mathews Dodge. I have bought with Gary Mathews Nissan and thought it would be a similar experience. Boy was I wrong. When I called they were kind and helpful over the phone even took the time to come pick my husband up from the Ford dealership BUT long story short. We walked in, check in hand, ready to buy a Dodge pick-up for $35K or less and they jacked my husband around so much AFTER he explain multiple times what he wanted that he ended up just walking out. I couldn't believe it! I wouldn't recommend this place. Not sure why they felt the need to underhand so much.. double slap was that it was to a Veteran ON Veteran's Day! Boo.

Your staff made buying my Jeep the fastest and easiest it's ever been to purchase a vehicle. They were all so polite, professional and took the time to explain various items including finance questions and simple questions on where certain items are on the automobile. I will purchase from Gary Mathews in the future.

Bought my car 3 years ago from Bobby! It was a excellent experience and I didn't feel pushed or rushed into buying. I have snice had basic oil changes and the service dept is always friendly nice and timely!

We leased a new Jeep from Gary Matthews, and our experience was good. Our salesman was very helpful and did his best to help us out. The financing portion could be a little more streamlined, as we had to wait in line to be serviced. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend it.

My brand new 2017 mustang was damaged in a local car wash. Totally killed me to have my brand new car's nose damaged before it's first oil change.
I went to Gary Matthew's Collision Center and met Curtis for a repair estimate. Other local estimates just wanted to just "repair" the damaged nose, but Curtis was all about fixing it right. Curtis had ordered a brand new Ford Mustang original parts nose, had it painted in three stage pearl paint, and reassembled in the time he promised. Kudos to the painter for a wonderful job.
I want to thank Mr. Curtis and his team at the collision repair shop for the awesome work they do. I would highly recommend anyone in a similar situation go see them. Thank you TONS, for making my new car new again.

Took 2014 Dodge Ram for oil change and tire rotation. Given that we purchased the truck there, we received loyalty discounts for both services. Staff is friendly and service is fairly efficient if you have an appointment.

My Jeep buying experience was quick and easy! I worked with Brandon Webb, told him what I was looking at, he found it and closed the deal. I returned home from vacation on a Sunday at 9pm and was in my new Jeep Monday @8. Can't ask for much better than that.

My Ram PMC bought in March ironically had a cracked battery. This is very unusual.
The acid melted the plastic side cover on the transmission and caused it to leak.
The service department honored their warrenty. Replaced the battery, side cover and flushed the transmission.
It shifts better now.

Great people to deal with. Talk to Giovanni Torrey if you want to deal with a good salesperson. He is very helpful and polite. Also This Dealership gave a better rebate than others we visited. Great place to buy your next Vehical.

I recently purchased a Chrysler 300C from Gary Mathews (Shawn Crow)! Their customer service was outstanding, sales associates were fantastic, and their maintenance people were timely and polite. We are ready to buy a Wrangler Unlimited and found what we wanted on this website and did a chat to determine if it was indeed in inventory as it was active on the website. Well, the old car salesman game began let me get your number and have the sales manager verify we have it and no deals pending. I explained I did not want to get in that loop and give my number and would wait. Then they wanted an email address. I reiterated that I would be there tomorrow if they would simply verify it was on site but if they were unwilling to do something so simple then perhaps another dealership would be more helpful. Their agent ENDED THE CHAT.

I bought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee from here. I got a great deal. The staff is friendly and the salesmen are knowledgeable. The service department is friendly and fast for oil changes and has always been quick when I needed something worked on.
