  I wanted to give a Shout Out to Gateway Door & Contracting, and my Installer Brandon. I‘ve worked with Gateway Door in the past; but at that time, the Company Name was Durbin Garage Doors. I received excellent service back then, so I reached out to them again; I was hoping that I would receive the same excellent service that I’d received in the past, and I did. My Installer Brandon was great!
  
  I had actually backed my car into my double garage door and was in immediate need of a new Door. When I called Gateway Door, I was advised that Brandon would be coming to my home immediately. I was impressed with Brandon upon his arrival. Brandon knew, from just looking at the door, who the Manufacturer was despite the fact that the door was 18 years old and had no labeling on it. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very personable. Brandon provided a lot of information about the garage door, and even gave me advice for the Painter who was coming the next day to paint the door. Brandon installed the new door and replaced the rubber around both garage doors for me. The doors are beautiful and much quieter now with the newly installed rubber. Brandon was nothing short of a Rockstar from beginning to end, and did a beautiful job. I was 100% satisfied with his work.

  Austin came to check out a loud vibration from my garage door opener. It was the light cover causing the noise. He also made a few adjustments & the door operation is much quieter now. Austin was very polite & efficient. I recommend Gateway services.

  I highly recommend this company. We had two new doors installed. Friendly, prompt service, and quality workmanship. Great job cleaning up after installation. Everything is working great.
