  Very clean.. staff was friendly and helpful.. rooms are modern.. great pool deck with bar... Perfect for families. Great location in South Beach, close to everything...

  This hotel is great for couples. It was clean, centrally located, and the service was great. It's kind of small, and the shower is out in the open. So that's why I'd say it's not family friendly, as you can see right in the shower, no doors or anything hiding it. And there are condoms for sale in the room 😮. Other than that it's a great hotel. They could use a microwave but that's about it. So recommended for couples, not family getaways. 😀

  My husband and I stayed at the hotel the week after hurricane Irma and had a very good experience.
  
  We had a few problems at the start of our stay but the staff and manager were able to solve each of them to our satisfaction which is what matters at the end of the day. I received prompt responses to my emails before arriving when trying to sort out some issues with the booking.
  
  The rooms are a very decent size and comfortable, bed is extremely comfortable and the shower great size. The pool area is great, they put out cold water with fruit in it which is lovely and we found it very comfortable. We did not like the beach club, they lacked facilities ie. bathrooms and the food they offer is super expensive plus it's far from everything to grab lunch. You have to pay for an umbrella.
  
  We did not try the restaurant or the bar so can't comment on that.
  
  We would stay here again.

  Pleasant hotel a 2 minute walk from the beach. Really nice rooms even if they're very much focused around couples sharing (very little privacy for shower/toilet). Plus rooftop pool and downstairs bar/restaurant complete the package

  Staff was always informative, kind, and professional. Their ammeninties are great. The pool was beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The food at the restaurant on their first floor was incredible. I would recommend this hotel weather it be a short or long stay. I had a great experience.

  The Gale is a fantastic hotel in the heart of South Beach. Right in the middle of it all yet once inside you feel a world of peace and relaxation so you get the best of both worlds. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times both on business and for personal time. The rooms are spacious, housekeeping is on top of it and rooms are very clean, bathrooms are a generous size, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are decorated beautifully. The roof top pool is extremly relaxing, it is not a loud pool, you are able to decompress. I ordered room service multiple times while at the pool area and they were fast and got the order correct every time. While at the pool on my first day of my 3 day stay (this was my fourth stay at the Gale) the GM Kevin came up to each guest, introduced himself and asked each guest how their stay was going and if there was anything they needed, that's very rare to see a GM doing that and shows he cares about the guests and hotel. I travel the world for business as I work in the entertainment industry & I highly recommended this hotel as it's not the smoke and mirrors of most South Beach hotels the staff makes you feel comfortable and are appreciative of your business as a guest.

  This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Miami. From the second we walked in, Jose greeted us warmly. We only booked a queen bed, but asked for a room with two double beds upon checking because my friend was sick, and Jose upgraded us without charge. He also was there for any of our needs for the whole trip. The pool was amazing on the rooftop (never was crowded) and a great temperature. The best hidden gem about this whole hotel is the Italian restaurant inside of it, Dolce. The food and drinks were a reasonable price especially during happy hour and very delicious. You could get a cocktail and pizza for less than $20, which is pretty good for Miami. The service was amazing in this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

  Clean and relaxing stay. The hotel offered many recommendations for places to check out in the vicinity. We really loved our suite in Kaskades. The bathroom was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. We'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend.

  Super comfy and classy with a pretty great location close to the beach, but our room was missing a few items that housekeeping had to fix up for us.

  Hip and elegant hotel with a great retro vibe, just a block away from the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities. They really took care of us and we had an amazing stay. Recommended.
