I had good service with them initially. I got the federal off road tires that they recommend to a lot of customers. Liked them and the price. But after 10,000 miles I had to of my front tires steel belts break and now the tires are trashed. After looking close at the weight range which I should have did when I bought them, they were under sized by 800 pounds per tire. That's a lot when u drive a super duty f250. I was undersized total by 3200 pounds. I'm lucky I wasn't pulling a trailer when it happened. Called them and they said they couldn't do anything to help me out wanted to charge me full price for two new tires. Not going back.

I sent my car and got it back almost two months later with bad work. I had right front door scratches and the right mirror broken. They gave back with mirror fixed and door repainted but interior part was broken and my dash board had a dent which came from their work. I asked them to fix it, he even claimed that it was not his job he agreed to do at first. Seriously? He opened a body shop without enough ability. Never recommended this body shop.

These guys are awesome!
I was there a few months ago and forgot to leave some feedback. One morning some distracted lady, speeding in a school zone rear-ended me while I was at a stop sign. My rear bumper got bended and one of my tail lights popped out. Me being a rookie, took the money she gave me on the spot and let her go (no insurance info, nothing. Not doing that again). Anyways, the guys at BWC were able to fit me into their busy schedule, fixed everything without having to replace any parts within an hour AND charged me such a fair amount that I even got a few bucks left from what the lady gave me!

I went in today to get my windshield wipers fixed, after leaving another place who said they would fix it for $360 which is ridiculous! But these guys fixed it with a fantastic price and this will be the first place I come back to if I have anymore car troubles! Thank you!!
