  Bought a 7000.00 dollar sectional from furniture world then they delivered the wrong one and to get the one I bought I have to pay another 1100.00 more dollars and it was there fault we have to pay for their mistakes that's not right no more going to that store.

  Paige is the only asset to this company. Their delivery and cancellation policy are ridiculous. I had seriously called 30 mins after them running my card and they refused to cancel my order, the management is indifferent to if you actually enjoy your experience or not and once they have your money they have it. Will never return to this store. I'm sorry for that too, because Paige was a pleasure to work with.

  I ordered a 5 piece accessories from furniture world Mt. sterling KY however I received a a four piece accessories. I contacted the store and informed them of the missing accessory. The sale associate informed me they will get back to me. It has been 3 moths and am yet to receive a satisfactory answer when am going to receive the missing accessory.
