I have been a customer of Furniture Country for over 10 years (probably 15). The sales staff has always been honest and friendly. Greg helped me out this last trip (2, bought twice in one day) and was awesome! The manager, John, is always there to help in anyway possible. Not to mention the selection is fabulous. In a previous trip of finding the perfect dining chairs, they offered numerous catalogs which is where we found the perfect chairs. I will be back to see Greg and John again!

We had a great experience buying a coffee table set. This was our third purchase from the store and we received great service each time. This time we were helped by Tracy - who was excellent. They have a great selection for all price ranges and sales people are helpful but not pushy. We’ll be back.

From one business owner to another I really and truly understand how reviews and opinions matter for the growth and success of business. I can honestly say that furniture country has been serving our family needs since 2006 and we have had no complaints with their customer service, products, or salesmanship. Staff has always been delightful to work with. We have had two warranty replacement over the last 10 years and this retailer handled them great! Would highly recommend this place! Now maybe one day they will allow our business here at The Surface Kings to serve their needs in carpet, tile, and facade cleaning (a little plug right here Lol)!

My favorite place to shop. I'm a particular person with specific ideas and taste. The employees here are always patient and kind and move mountains to get exactly what I'm looking for. The owner himself took hours of his time to help me. Not to mention great prices and financing options. All the way down to the delivery crew that perfectly places every piece in my home. With a top notch insurance policy to top it off. My home is beautiful and happy thanks to this fantastic company.

Joan was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was looking for a recliner for my stepfather that just got released from the hospital, ( he had back surgery performed and couldn't lay flat in bed). He and I were looking at the website and found a recliner that was perfect for him. I called Furniture Country and Joan was on the other end. Within an hour the recliner was purchased and loaded into my vehicle by another friendly staff member. I took it to my stepfathers house and he has been sitting in it since. I will highly recommend my friends and family to shop for their furniture at Furniture Country in the future.

Randy has been helping us furnish our bed and breakfast inn for 27 years. He has always "steered" us in the right direction. Randy has become part of our extended family and we could not imagine buying our furnishings from any one else. The staff from sales to delivery and set up have met and exceeded our expectations throughout our long relationship.

My husband and I just moved and were looking for furniture ideas for our new home. Kathy greeted us at the door and helped us with any questions we had. She even printed details of our favorite pieces for us to take home and think about. This store has so many options! We will definitely be back to this store! Thank you Kathy!

Furniture Country is absolutely amazing! Not only is the customer service impeccable, but their prices are very affordable! The team of sales associates were charismatic and worked well together! Barbie was our sales associate who took care of our needs and made sure we left happy! Even the manager greeted us and made us feel like we were in the right place! They were especially welcoming to our children who were very excited about getting their bunk beds! We will definitely be back!

It was my first time shopping in Furniture Country since 2008. Under the current management and sales approach, I could tell that high quality customer service is a priority. The sales rep was cordial and knowledgeable about the item I wanted. Management was present in the sales area, took the time to introduce themselves and asked if I was being well taken care of. After demonstrating a couple products and contacting the supplier to help answer my questions, management and sales rep completed the sale. I was given a fair price for a top quality lift chair. This 5 star review was also for the unexpected call from management to ensure my mother in law was happy with the chair. Thanks Randy and Furniture Country for no-pressure sales. Professional and knowledgeable.

I've purchased a few pieces of furniture recently from Furniture Country. Each shopping experience has been great. They frequently have sales and their furniture is very reasonably priced. Their delivery crews have been polite and professional each time they've delivered and have been on time. My recent dining room purchase had a manufacturing defect and when I found it they replaced the table without any hassles (which I was totally expecting as you do). I would highly recommend checking these folks out for your next furniture purchase (large or small).

From the time i entered the store I felt welcomed. I was greeted by a very nice Sales person by the name of Oran. My purpose for the visit was to look around at new things for my home. He showed me this beautiful bedroom set that I immediately fell in love with. He pointed out all the accents and great features that made it even more wonderful. I ended up buying the bedroom set and will return for future household furniture. I love it. Thanks Oran hope to see you again soon.

We visited today and got a great deal on very nice bar stools. We had been looking for just the right style for a year and couldn't find what we wanted. After a quick trip to Furniture Country, we found exactly what we wanted at a great price. John was fabulous to work with and we are now setting up the new stools. We entransaction was quick and easy. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend the store!

If you are looking for anything to fill your room this is the place to go! The staff is amazing with helping you with any of you choices and helping you to narrow down what you are looking for. After purchasing a new home and having to fill it with great stuff to make it my own I would go to furniture country before going any place else. The quality is also great! I have had no issues with breaking down cushions, and you know what I mean by that! When I am ready to shop for another room you bet I will be going back here to find my amazing pieces that will fit my decor. 😃

My husband and I recently began the process of shopping for a new living room and dining set for our home and found our way into Furniture Country. We were assisted by Mr. Oran, as well as John, and were very pleased with the service received, they were both courteous, respectful and very helpful. Furniture Country has great prices and most of their inventory is very nice quality. There is a large selection of various recliners and a particularly large selection of leather couch options, they also have a "Furniture 1 2 3" selection which are geared more toward classic/modern family style, and is a lower in price selection, since many items are bundled. There were very reasonable finance options available, as well as price matching other local furniture stores (which I'm certain their prices beat regardless). Their delivery service, while possibly on the pricier side, is every bit worth it. The gentleman delivering our purchase were experienced and took great care with our new furniture, as well as being very professional and polite. We also took them up on the disposal service of our old furniture (an additional service fee, excluded from delivery but not astronomically priced). Overall we've been very pleased with our experience and purchase and will be returning in the future.
