Griffin is a god! Three people said only hope was factory reset which would mean I lose everything. My son is getting married next week and all appointments were in my phone. In 5 min. he got me up and running with no loss of data! Big kisses to GRIFFIN and Re-tech! God bless Griffin.

Perfect place to get ur laptop repaired. They are genuine.They wont charge you anything for diagnosis. I got my laptop diagnosed at some other place and they quote $1500. and here they didnt charge me anything and got my laptop repaired with paying a single penny .

I must say I went with an Iphone 5 s to repair the camera and flash light that had stop working. They told me it needed to be replaced with a new one and told me the cost. They said it would take about 30 minutes. After that, they called and told me the repair had no cost, because they just had to connect something. They were so honest!!! I would have never realized, they could have charged 50 dollars and they charged 0. Really awesome!!! Thank you!

I came to detect with 2 problems. Laptop and cellphone. I have been in several times but on my last visit Griffin was my tech. He was the nicest person I have ever done business with there. Very helpful and patient. This guy needs to be recognized for going above and beyond! Please commend his exceptional customer service!

Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Came in a panic because my computer had stopped working right before finals week and they were able to sort it out very quickly. Andrew made me feel better about the entire situation while he worked on it and was very knowledgeable and friendly . Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They're the cheapest of every repair place I contacted. They repaired both my battery and screen. Later I had a problem with my screen and they stood by their product and made things right. Awesome place. Will continue using and definitely recommend.

Couldn't charge my iPhone. Was willing to pay to get the lightning port replaced but super friendly tech cleaned it out for me and that did the trick. Will be coming back for all future repairs! Thanks!

Well this is refreshing. We went in expecting to have to buy a port for my charger for my iPhone. Selena, told us that it might be a dirty port. She took the phone to the back and cleaned it up for me and Walla it worked perfectly. She could've easily said that I need to new port and that It will be 50 bucks.

I bought a used droid turbo phone here and it is my favorite phone yet. I had been using an old headphones charger to charge the phone because I had lost the actual charger. It recently stopped charging so I brought my phone in thinking I had to get it repaired and they just gave me a charger more compatible with my phone. They just said "here take this charger".This place is great. I have saved so much money buying a phone here so I definitely recommend phone shopping here in the future.

I dropped my phone in the toilet and couldn't get it to work. These guys were excellent and are very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I had to buy another phone and they were very good transferring all my data from the old phone to the new phone

Cracked the screen on my iPad mini on Monday. Brought it in today and had an all around excellent experience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. They made sure to check with the person who would actually be repairing my device to get an estimate on the amount of time it would take and the quote for the repair was very reasonable. Their time estimate was spot on as well as the estimate for the cost and they made sure to call me to let me know it was ready. All and all quick, efficient excellent service, great staff, will definitely be using them again.

I try to avoid Re-Tech as it reminds me of a "hospital" for smart phones and devices. However, I usually need a repair once a year with one of my work devices.
The staff is knowledgeable, their response time is quick, and the store is conveniently located. Also parking is easy to find and isn't an issue.

Mike, the owner, puts the customer first. When our business devices go down, Re-Tech is the first place we go because we know we will receive excellent, quality, timely service.
