should get no stars! My daughter and her family recently went to this dump and what she told me is absolutely disgusting! Children were being diapered on the floor of playmats and one little girl who pee'd herself was seen using the slides and left urine streaks down the slide and other young children followed behind. This is TODAY! The place was left in shambles with garbage strewn all about and seems no attendants were there to keep things safe and clean. This place should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. We will be notifying the state and local authorities about this total lack of responsibility to the public.

This is absolutely the WORSE (Poor was the only option otherwise I would go lower) experience I have ever had dealying with a facility that cateres to childen and parents of children. I called today to get some information about your party package. The yound lady I spoke with kept me n hold for 5 minutes.which I can understand because this is abusy time of teh day for them. However what was intorable was how RUDE she was. Some basic questions about the party packages, I felt like I had to ask her 100 questions. Her tone was short and when I reiterated what I understand she acted as if it wasn't exactly what she conveyed. She then told me to call back to speak with Amy because it was clear her LACK of customer services and basic communication skills caused her to be frustrated. Yet when I asked her to transfer me to Amy she told me Amy was not there. So how exactly was I to call back when the person I needed to talk with was not available. I asked her why she was being rude she went on to tell me that "why are you being rude, and this is maybe not the place for you" This is NEVER a place i will patron. Amy your staff is rude, lacks communication skills and candidly she shouldn't be working there, unless that is how you like to treat potential patrons. I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know in the Greater Danbury Area.
