I knew we would be rolling the dice on this one when we went here. Everything was going great until a giant rat crawled out of the grill and ran into the kitchen full of people as soon as we were done eating. No sorry no manager just yea it's the canyon. The canyon!? I felt beyond sick.

I have been going to Fuji for years. They are family owned and operated and you always feel like you're going to a friend's house to eat dinner. I always order the lemon squeezy and the ponzu sauce is better than anyone else's in town! If you like Teppanyaki it's a great place to celebrate anything or just to go for some fun.

My husband and I come here often! Staff is nice, food is delicious, and it is much more affordable than Benihana (also good of course just a bit over the top and more for special occasions imo)!

If you have time to waste, this is your place.
Waited about 20 minutes to get the check for the server to disappear for another 20 minutes to pay out. I contemplated walking out on a $80 sushi tab.
Not to mention they have a dirty dish bin in the middle of the sushi bar where servers throw plates loudly and the clanking noise is so awful it's migraine inducing.
Never again. It was also my birthday.

This restaurant and the people that work there are amazing! Super family oriented, which definitely shows through their food! They put there heart into it, and it's great! Would definitely recommend this place!

Food and service was good. Teppenaki cook was entertaining. We basically went there because it was close to our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. Their teriyaki sauce was amazing. We would go again

Stopped by for a quick bite and was very impressed. Hibachi was excellent! Really good fried rice, fresh seafood, chicken, and steak. Came back the next day for some sushi and really enjoyed how great and fresh everything was!

This is a budget Bennihanas (in fact, there's one just down the road). HOWEVER, our chef was FANTASTIC. He did tricks we've never seen before.

NITE MARE HELL DISGUSTING!!!!
The chef was in a hurry and flipping the knife so fast and carelessly. when we where served our food there was a FINGER TIP in the vegetables!!! I'm vomiting in my mouth as I'm writing this Thank God we saw it before my child ate it! Manager refused to comp the dinner never appologized! Worst Experience in my entire life at a restaurant

Love the bento box. Crunchy shrimp roll is the best sushi I've ever had and the show was super fun. Steak and chicken hibachi was fantastic
