  Went into Fritz’s on a referral from a friend. She saw a car on their lot that she thought would be perfect for me. I went in and was super impressed from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. They already had the car I was interested in pulled up front for me. Steve McCune took me for a test drive and walked me thru the financing options. Everything took 20 minutes and was easier than I thought. He got me a fair trade in amount for my car and the exact amount I had in my head walking in. He also got me the payments and terms I wanted for the new car and the car was a great price. Thanks to Steve and the entire team at Fritz for a job well done.

  Steve McCune was immensely helpful and patient with us as we were going through the process of finding a new car! He showed us some great options and we ended up really loving one of the first ones he showed us. He made the process super painless and helped us through it wonderfully and we ended up leaving at the end of a day with a car we love for a great price! We're very happy and pleased with our visit and would highly recommend going here.

  Best car buying experience I've had so far. Our agent James Malayter was extremely helpful with the whole process, and very kind as well. Used in-house financing which took no time at all. Will definitely return for any vehicle purchases in the future!

  I just drove away from Fritz in Fishers in my “new to me” Ford Flex. This was definitely a 5-star experience. These folks have been in business a long time, and it shows. Steve and Mike were both professional, curtious, and not at all pushy. On top of the great service, I got a great vehicle at a competitive price and a great offer on my trade-in.
  I would recommend Fritz’s staff to anyone. They’ve restored my faith in this process as they shattered the negative stigma of used car salesmen.

  Fritz was amazing to work with! Steve McCune worked his hardest to set me up with the best car. He worked with the time we had and made sure to follow up with every step along the way! These guys are amazing and put it hard work to accomplish what they need. They even brought a car from another lot just for me to test drive and that’s now the car I’m going home with! Would definitely recommend Fritz in Fishers for anyone looked for an amazing car!

  I got a Suzuki XL7 from them in May. For the year and price it is in pretty good shape. We had asked several times if the A/C worked and we were told it did. Well coming home from a trip a few weeks later, we realized it didn't work. My kids were miserable. My 2 month old was not happy. Its a good car, just mad we were told several times that it worked. My kids, especially the baby are always miserable if we have to go somewhere during the day. If you're going to tell costumers things work on a car than make sure they really do. If we had known that it did not work then we wouldn't have bought the car. Now I have to try and come up with money to get it fixed. We don't have extra money laying around to do it.

  I recently purchased a 2007 mini cooper s from Fritz in Fishers. The car was a one owner and had 110,000 on it, but very clean. After having the car for around a day and a half the water pump went out, which happens at this mileage, and i took it in for them to fix. They were extremely apologetic and very helpful. They supplied me with a rental car and took less than a week for them to completely repair the entire cooling system. The person's I worked with were Steve the salesman, and Kyle one of the mechanics. Both were very helpful and kept in touch extremely well. I would highly recommend you get a vehicle from this dealership!

  Worked with Steve McCune today. He was very friendly. Came outside to meet us. Talked through the vehicle we were looking for in great detail showing he had more than basic knowledge of the vehicle. Typically prices on vehicle are low but they still came down on the price a bit. Very simple and friendly experience overall. Highly recommend working with Steve. Gave us plenty of time to test drive the vehicle ( 2006 Scion Xb). Would definitely purchase from him again.

  I bought a 2011 Nissan Xterra at Fritz in Fishers! Since it was my first adult car-shopping experience, I was nervous.. but James was low-pressure, patient and very helpful in picking out the perfect car. Gary, the finance manager provided me a great financing plan to suit my needs. I highly recommend Fritz in Fishers! Thanks!!!

  My wife and I had a great experience with Steve at Fritz in Fishers. Steve helped us find a SUV that matched my needs and I never felt pressured during the entire process.
  
  I was also surprised with how well the previous owner had maintained the vehicle. The Carfax report was spectacular! Stocking vehicles with great histories makes me feel that Fritz takes good care in selecting only quality vehicles for their lot.

  Steve McClure was super helpful and professional. We needed to try a number of different cars to decide what to buy for our college bound kid and he was patient, informative and forthright. This is our second car from Fritz and we will be back next time we need a used car.

  Fritz in Fishers was awesome helping us buy our son his first reliable car. Kyle was awesome showing us options in our price range. I felt like we got more than a great deal. Just took the car to get an oil change and the guys at Jiffy Lube were amazed at how good of condition the car was in for the year. Thanks Fritz and thanks Kyle for an awesome buying experience.
