  Just bought a Dodge Ram 3500. Dale at Friendship was great to work with. He helped with the ordering process, and kept me up to date on build and delivery schedules. He made the purchase a pleasure along with the Friendship team. My wife and I really like the truck and happy we went with the Dodge Ram 3500.

  Bought 2 cars from friendship Hyundai. I have loved the vehicles and for the most part, my overall experience with the dealership. However, the last time I purchased from them I wasn't so pleased with the way they completely disregarded the fact that I had pre-approval from my bank for an auto loan. He said he thought he could get a better rate for me but I specifically told the salesman that I didn't want any hard inquiries to my credit because we are refinancing our home in a few months. Guess they thought I wouldn't notice the 7 inquiries on my report that cost me 21 points and my bank had the best rate anyway! Won't purchase from them again.

  I have been looking for a blue C6 for about 7 years, but I never found one that had all of the features that I was looking for until a couple of weeks ago at Friendship Hyundai in Johnson City, TN. My situation is a little different in that I do not see to drive. The sales lady, Alycia Faulk was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She took me for a test drive and on the following Monday, she came and picked me and my Trail Blazer and drove me back to the dealership where we completed all of the paperwork. Upon completion, she drove me back home in my new Corvette and was picked up by another sales person. Everyone at the dealership was very kind, courteous and helpful even though my buying situation was a bit unusual.

  I've purchased 8 new cars since 1986, and all the transactions, which were with other dealers, were satisfactory, but my experience with Friendship Johnson City and James Mckeehan were THE BEST AUTO TRANSACTION I've ever had. James got me the car I was looking for (Genesis G90), and he communicated exceptionally well throughout the 5 weeks or so that my decision process required. He was professional, knowledgable, and helpful throughout.
