Selection is adequate, but pricing used to be more competitive. No stock on several popular bourbons, found Eagle Rare at supermarket around the corner. Floor staff has to call for help to locate an item. Overall, FT seems to be slipping.

It's a pretty huge selection of higher quality beers and spirits, if you are looking for lots of flavored alcohol for cheap go to Binny's, if you want to impress your high brou friends go here.

No one helped us here while we were shopping but the service was efficient when we checked out. I agree, the customer service is not special. It has an upscale warehouse feel. The prices are average. Not too expensive but not cheap either. Imported products are usually these prices.

But the selection is fantastic and we found more than we came for so it was a successful trip. The store is well merchandised and it is easy to find products by the beverage category. They even have a small local cheese selection by the door to allow for a complete wine/ cheese experience. We will be back and stock up again.
