I recently found my wedding dress at Michelle's, and I had an amazing experience. We worked with Cassidy and she was great to work with, and after trying on a few different dresses she went and pulled one that ended up being mine! The very first veil and headband she picked were perfect, too!! I would definitely recommend anyone to look for their dress here. Because I live in Florida (I was visiting home to go dress shopping), they even offered to ship my dress, veil, and headband to me once they arrived. Awesome people

My overall experience here was great. But one thing that really upset me was that they did not keep my budget in mind. I tried on several dresses within my budget, but as soon as my consultant found out I had another dress at another place that I liked she threw my budget out of my mind. She was going to do anything she could to get the sale. I tried on a dress, fell in love with it, even SAID YES, then she informed me it was $500 OVER my budget. Extremely disappointed.

The staff is excellent! They squeezed me in when I didn't have an appointment, help me find THE dress, allowed me to come in multiple times to keep trying on the dress! They made sure they had the bridesmaid dress I picked out online in store for them to try on. Always informed me when everything was ready, always helpful and nice each time we came in! The dresses are beautiful here and they help you find ones that are in your budget! They provide treats and beverages for you so stay hydrated and fed. Overall a wonderful place to get your dress!!

I made an appointment well in advance for a MOB dress. Their website has you complete a questionnaire listing desires, size, price range, and I even downloaded a pic of a dress similar to what I had in mind, and they were supposed to 'Pre-shop' for my session. I drove over an hour to look at the rack of $500 dresses already in stock, not chosen for me. Very disappointed. I received much more help at Elite Bridal without an appointment.

Cassidy helped me find my dream gown for our September wedding! I made my first appointment on a whim and with a very broad idea of what I wanted in a wedding dress. She was extremely patient and provided excellent input for finding the perfect dress and accessories! I LOVED my Maggie gown and MEG accessories! They were very classic and simple which was exactly what I'd envisioned! The ladies at Michelle's provided great customer service every time I came to the shop for an appointment! Kiersten made choosing our tuxes a super easy experience and kept me in the loop with updates on all of the groomsmen. We had just two issues with tux sizes and those were resolved perfectly the day prior to the wedding. I couldn't have asked for more in a bridal and tuxedo shop. If you're in the market for a wedding gown or tuxes, this should be your first stop!

Michelle's Bridal and Tuxedo outfitted myself and my entire wedding party to fabulous results. My wedding gown was absolutely perfect and my husband's ivory tuxedo wowed the crowds. The sales representatives cheerfully answered all of my questions and were endlessly accommodating of our needs. I highly recommend Michelle's Bridal for your wedding!

Michelle’s Bridal was such an amazing experience! Hannah made me feel comfortable, and was extremely helpful! She contacted me the week prior to my appointment to find out what I liked and disliked, and with that information was able to have a great selection of dresses waiting for me. She did a fantastic job at accessorizing the dress I loved, and was able to answer all my questions and concerns throughout the whole process. Compared to my other experiences with dress shopping, this one doesn’t even compare. Hannah was amazing and helpful, the dressing area was personalized and cute, and the selection of gowns was perfect!
