  Highly dissatisfied. Rude customer service and very degrading people. I was treated as if I was naive and never owned a pet. My dog was neutered here and his stitches came apart leaving an open wound and had to be treated at another vet. My cat was declawed here and was left with nasty, infected paws. I will never bring my animals back here again.

  Rude, unprofessional . wouldn't give a client proof of rabies certificate and also denied a clinic the same

  New to the area - Called around to a few different places.. and this was the "least expensive".. (quotes for a reason!)
  
  I must say that the guy was VERY nice and knowledgeable. He handled my animal well, and was very kind and caring. The location was very easy to find, and the parking was great. He even had chickens outside!
  
  Now.. on pricing.. I called and Talked to a lady, and was quoted $6-12 for one thing and $16 for another. Went in, talked to a guy, and was charged $51 for both So Pretty significant difference..
  
  If it helps my baby, then it's worth it, but I wish that they would have been honest with me on pricing up front.
