This dealership was very easy to work with. My wife and I had our two young boys with us when we purchased our truck and they were getting restless. One of the other salesman (I can’t remember his name) stayed late and helped entertain them while we signed paperwork. Everyone was very friendly. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of. They were very fair on the price of the truck and exceeded my expectations on my trade in. I had done a ton of homework and can truly say, I got an excellent deal. The sales manager, Mark Cloninger asked where the numbers needed to be and didn’t waste our time with ridiculous offers. It took 5 minutes to get the numbers where we wanted them and another 5 to get them beyond that. Our salesman Andy Courtney was a great guy. He wasn’t pushy at all. He allowed my wife and I to look over the vehicle and discuss impressions without trying to butt in. He was very attentive but only on our terms. He has text me multiple times since the purchase to ensure my satisfaction with the truck. The two times I stopped by the dealership were late and cold (other dealerships just stared at me through the windows). He was very patient and didn’t try to rush us. If he didn’t know the exact answer to any of our questions, he would take the time to get a proper answer. I really respect that because it shows integrity. Most of the time, people will give you a bad answer because they are too proud to admit they don’t know. Overall, this was a great experience. I will most definitely recommend them and give them my business in the future, if possible.

They aren't good to customer because they won't negotiable with you for any vehicle what customer want and give you blue book values on vehicle, the interest is too high. The Manager won't drop the price on used and new vehicles. Don't go there. Go to Everett Chevrolet. They will work with customer what customer want, will give best value on vehicle to trade, balance it out to what exactly customer look for to fit customer's budget!

I bought a nice truck but the ac needed charged. Dont belive the one month 1000 mile waranty on the used vehicles. I paid 175 bycks to get fixed.

Friendly folks who price cars well so that the buying experience is hassle free. They even let me take the car I was interested in home for the day, allowing me to show my wife and test it out for a few hours, before returning it in the evening. Would consider them for future purchases!

I went in to the dealership today to get a recall fixed for my 2013 Hyundai Sonata which went very quickly and well. We had been looking to replace my wife's 2004 Sonata and ended up getting a new 2017 Elantra to replace it, also!! We are very pleased with both the service and non-pressure sales teamgot an outstanding value on the new car!!

I and my wife are unable to drive at this time but wanted to trade in our old jeep G/C to have when we are able to drive again. I talked to Micheal on the phone, he brought the new jeep to my house to look at. He took my to drive and appraise for trade. He called me back and we agreed on price. He then brought all paper work to my home. He is coming back today to drive me to the bank to close the deal. I don't know of another dealer that has this good of service. I have traded with Micheal before and would recommend him and Paramount to anyone looking for a great place to do bossiness with. GO TO PARAMOUNT EXIT 113 I/40 VALDESE.
