Great burgers. Oddly, there's no double bacon cheese burger on the menu so to get one you need to order a double cheese burger with bacon :p

Went there today with my mom. Went over to Dunkin Donuts when my mom ordered food the receipt said 2 o'clock by 2:30 still did not have our food other people had gotten their food that ordered after us. When my mom went over and asked what was wrong I was getting a bag of chips standing at the counter before the lady even asked if that was it she started running her mouth to a customer about how people are always in a hurry and they're so rude. I told her that no they're not being rude we've been here since 2 and everyone has gotten their food except for us. Used to go in there all the time really nice friendly people now I'll travel to dual highway before I go back to that Freddy's. Maybe the owner needs to get new people especially the older women with the black guy that's telling people how dangerous Freddy's is and how she still has to work even though she tripped over a box and hurt herself because the owner won't do anything

Makes a great Steak & cheese . And a lg.menu to choose from . Stop in & enjoy your lunch. Also gives to the Military. May want to call & check if they have specific dates tho.

They have gone really down hill. They used to be great but the people are rude, the food has degraded, they never answer the phone for call ahead orders and quite frankly they have started to suck. The ladies that work there may work hard but since the owner pissed off the best employees there it's no longer as good as it used to be. The only reason I came was the the rueben and 3 times now I'm told they are out.

Hands down the best sub in Hagerstown. I ordered a turkey sub and fries combo for 7.99.what a steel the sub came packed with turkeythe service was great and the bathroom was clean. I was even offered coffee before I left by the owner I was super impressed I will return when I'm in town

I visited Freddies on my way in town from a weekend getaway with friends. My five friends and myself walked in to proceed to order and was completly ignored. We walked up to the menu to see if we wanted anything, as they were busy behind the counter but there were only two other people in there waiting for food as well. We were in this establishment for about 3 minutes and we did not get greeted the entire time. We hardly got looked at the whole time we were in there. We walked out very disgusted with their customer service. They looked at us as we were looking around and never said a word. We will never support the business. They need to do better and respect whatever walks in their doors that are trying to support their business. A greeting is so important and can change the perpective of anyone's interaction. Thanks but no thanks.

Today was a very bad weather day here. Icy conditions and totally slick. I stopped here but could not get in due to the iced parking lot issue. They agreed to bring my food out - wow the kindness and it was too delicious. Surely a place with taste and humanitarian spirit!!

The cheese steak and BLT subs are the best!
This local small chain is outstanding and this is our go-to place for cheese streaks and BLT subs. Way better then any large chain and a few steps above the other local places around here.
We have eaten here around two dozen times and we have never had a bad sub. The service has always been very good even during the busy times. I just got off the phone with them and placed a order and she was very thorough in making sure and double checking my order, which restaurant I was ordering from, and what time it would be ready. She was very professional and kind.
I would recommend the cheese streaks, BLT subs, and onion rings for sure!response / report this review -

People are great, subs are great. My mom loves the crab soup, but on that one, it is good tasting, but not good crab soup. You get what you pay for and the crab soup is inexpensive. Overall great, will be stopping by today.
