Great, great casual breakfast joint to my tastes. Be warned: no tables, just counter seats, so large parties had best go elsewhere. Very good food, attentive, very friendly service, cheap.

This is a great place to have breakfast. The pumpkin pancakes were
delicious.! The atmosphere is lively and the staff is accommodating. The only thing is that I wish they had more space. A bit crowded eating at the bar and not much elbow room.response / report this review -

Great place for breakfast but you need to have a Fob to gain entrance, so make friends or get on the waiting list!

Awesome little hidden gem. Made from scratch bed and pastries, really yummy. And free coffee. Can't beat it. And beautiful view of the water. Can't wait to go back

This place fills a very specific niche that you will not easily find anywhere else. It's a members only (theoretically) traditional 1960s Era diner where everyone sits at the counter. You fill your own free bottomless coffee and enjoy oversized attractive but flavorless portions of traditional diner food. If there is a birthday you get to hear the dogs sing. A true one of a kind place. Everything is fresh. I'm not sure why it all tastes do ho hum but they are always busy and seem to not really care what anybody thinks.

"Private" breakfast club where all are welcome. Plenty of options for the health conscious. Plenty of other options for the rest. Festive staff, kid friendly. Arrive before 8am on weekends to avoid 1-2hr wait.

Awesome experience, great food. The dog even sings happy birthday. Be warned you must enter with a member in order to get membership. The semi exclusive atmosphere adds to the charm.

This place is absolutely delicious! The wait is short and so is the turnover. The food is so fresh and taste homemade. I will be signing up for their breakfast club and will be back!

Best breakfast place. Everything they have is amazing. Service is great. They have the best cinnamon buns ever. I get so much food every time I go for a very reasonable price.

Breakfast as it should be. This place is a well oiled machine where every part is perfectly tuned to do the job. There isn't a sign to tell you you are there. Just a nondescript grey building that comes alive as soon as the door is opened. Loud with happy conversation, cooks doing their assigned tasks. Hundreds of eggs being cracked, fried, poached, scrambled and devoured by happy customers. All walks of life sit at the counter or stand by the free coffee dispensers, young, old, gay, straight, a true melting pot of society with the same goal, a good inexpensive breakfast. The staff is phenomenal, so friendly and attentive. The pride in their work is displayed by how the job is done. I saw one of cooks drop a spatula and instead of just picking it up and continue cooking, as busy as he was, he walked over to the sink and scrubbed the spatula before continuing to cook. No one but me saw it happen. The in house baking prep is done right in front of everyone. Ah, she dropped a cloth she was using, picked it up and threw it in the dirty laundry bin, again, no one but me saw it, pride in what she does. Freshly baked and hand sliced bread for toast..amazing. The atmosphere is condusive for strangers to speak and relate to one another, like being at a friendly bar. Well worth the wait.
