BEWARE of this practice and staff. It has been 10 months and we are still waiting for reimbursement for visits we were forced to pay out of pocket for our newborn (while waiting for our insurance to kick in retro to his date of birth). The practice has yet to resolve the situation after many calls and letters from our insurance company stating reimbursement is owed. They gave us several bogus reasons for their mistake (i.e. new billing system issue, we fell through the cracks, client supposed to file, etc.) We will continue to seek reimbursement which is owed to us. We want others to know of the horrible treatment and challenges of this practice so that you can avoid it. Look elsewhere! The office and Dr. Gotfried do not care about their relationship with their customers (so why entrust them with your child's care).

Caring and kind staff. My daughter loves all of the Doctors and Nurses. They don't give me the brush-off if I need an appointment after 5pmthey are available when I need them and we have had the opposite experience at another busy group practice. So happy we moved to this practice

We love this office. The staff has always been helpful and Dr. Gottfried is simply wonderful. She was my husband's pediatrician and is now our son's and she is always great with him and helpful in answering any of my questions. Definitely recommend.

The Dr.s at Franklin Pediatric are great! Julie Ashton is amazing! The staff on the other hand are rude and obnoxious. God forbid you ask them to do their jobs and they get irritated and disgruntled. I actually sat in their office for 2.5hrs my last appointment. I don't know about you but I don't have that sort of time. Let a lone with a newborn or an infant. Looking into switching asap. It's a shame cause the doctors are great and the desk staff are awful. Proceed with caution.

Dr. Ashton was my doctor from when I was a toddler until I was 15. she was great! My parents loved her because she knw what she was talking about, and she actually spent a decnt amount of time in the room with you. I loved her because she was very nice, and always explained everything she was doing in a playful way.
As far as the other doctors in the practice, many of them are wonderful, but one or two of them were terrible (We always had a bad experience with Dr. Gotfried in particular)
The people at the front desk are very friendly, and overall, I'd highly recomend the practice as a whole!response / report this review
