Went in for mental health issues and asked for Tylenol for a headache at one point. When the doctor brought me my discharge papers I mentioned that I never received tylenol, and his very unprofessional response was "well, I'm sorry, we had some people who forgot how to breathe tonight." Like I said, not very professional for a doctor to treat mental health problems that way or to invalidate a patient like that. This hospital is terrible all around.

Son was airlifted here instead of loser to home. Must have been divine intervention because the doctor was extremely good and the staff were all ki d, fast and friendly.

Worse communication & competency I've ever encountered. No communication btw nurses. No one calls when patient has a stroke in the middle of night, & "forgot" to tell us the next day after bring there 8 hours with patient.

I had open heart surgery the end of September and was asked to go to the Franciscan Heart Rehab Center. While I was off of work, everything was fine; however, when I went back to work, I could not get there until 4:10 PM and they close at 5. The staff definitely does not want to stay 1 minute past 5. I often had my rehab cut short because it was 4:55 and they wanted outta there. Basically, all I was able to do was walk on a treadmill, which I can do at home. There was one or two of the personnel who definitely did not really like working with people who sweat as comments were made to me that I was basically gross because I sweat when I worked out. Probably should not be working with people actually working out to get better! Needless to say, I only went to 16 of my 30 appointments as I did not feel like they really wanted to help get me betterwell at least not if they had to stay a few minutes over.

Excellent treatment by a knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate staff in the emergency room. My nurse, Patty, was exceptional. Upon being admitted, the excellent care continued. The experience at this hospital was very positive.
