I've interacted with this hospital on multiple occasions: My infant daughter had an xray and the staff were really good with her. My husband has had to go in twice for injuries related to work or sudden illness and both experiences were excellent. I had to have some imaging done and the whole experience for me was easy, quick, and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have also had to stay for a sleep study and that experience was also positive. I've not had any bad experiences here. My only negative experience was entirely due to the doctor on call being a jerk. I don't hold the whole hospital responsible for that. I complained about him and let HR handle it from there. Never any trouble with long wait, billing issues, or rude staff (except one guy mentioned above)

I do not appreciate that you have monopolized and dictated to local doctors' offices and other medical facilties in Crawfordsville.
And on this site, you have lied about the beginning of this hospital. In Truth, it did not become "Franciscan Health" until recent years.
What gives you the right to be pompas asses?

Sent here after accident and was told that I'm good nothing was wrong. I was in pain, dizzy, nauseated and in tears and doctor just walked out saying they're not a trauma hospital. Went to indianapolis hospital directly from there on my own and they found 2 rib fractures, 2 hand fractures, bad concussion and other issues. Would NEVER recommend this place they doctors ignore your comments and complaints.

Had a dog bite and a messed up hand I've messed up my hand befor. I told the doctor that and he said that my hand was not broke and I told him it was just bruised and to worry about it the dog bites why I'm here he walked away and I said what about the bite and he said that it needed cleaned and there was only one hole I know there are atleast 3 in that spot. He had the nurse clean one of them and not the other 3 gave me a splint and I told him my hand hurts what do I do about it and he said to take Tylenol and ibProfen and I told him over the counter won't help I've done this many times befor may I get some prescribed of the 2 for a stronger dosage and he said no and walked out I myself will not go back there because of this expiriance I would rather drive to Lafayette while in pain instead of haveing to deal with this pain till my next doctors appointment

We're from Florida, just passing through. I wake up with shortness of breath. I woke my husband, who took me to your facility. From the check in to the discharge I was amazed by the care I received! Thank You, Dr Sanders, Jenny, Barbi, and all the staff. Your professionalism and caring touch really went a long way to make me feel better. God Bless all of you!

If there was a way to give negative stars it would have -5 worst hospital I've ever been to your better off taking your self or kids to a veterinarian hospital. This hospital is in it for the money not the care of its patients. Go to Lebanon or to laff.
