Perfect for a easy stop off! No long lines . when it is a. Major holiday weekend it usually is more congested but it still works very well you can get in and out!

I passed through this stop to use the facilities which were quite busy but clean. I went into the souvenir shop and the people who worked there were so friendly. They helped me to decide which colors of the caps I was going to buy looked best on me.I had some unexpected and fun conversations with two of the employees. They actually gave me their email addresses and I contacted them later to say thanks and to give my fond regards. It just goes to show that you can find friendly people anywhere and someone in the most unlikely placesLOL!!

I am going to rate the food service area I went to Earl of Sandwich. I'm a Floridian born and raised and proud to be one. If one of our tourist is reading this I hope you don't think all of us will treat you the same way Earl of Sandwich treated me. They have rude employees and with attitude and it was early in the morning. They should consider a different employment if they are not a people person. Thank you for reading.

A nice Plaza, with a convenient gas station and restaurant area drive up. You'll find the traditional "convenience store" and coffee stops, but a few additional options.

The plaza is clean, the seating area is open, and the area overall doesn't feel congested.

Clean facility and well- maintained bathrooms. Worth waiting the extra miles to stop here rather than one of the other smaller rest stops. This one is bigger and just seems nicer/ refurbished.

Its an ok place to stop while on the turnpike. This is right after the Ft. Pierce plaza going north. Good luck finding parking!

We live in Louisiana and the rest areas are so plain! Love the Service Plazas in Florida. You get bathroom food and gas all in one in a nice and clean atmosphere.

Crazy amount of people. I guess it depends on time of day and week. Has lots of room for many people. Good fast food and services.

Decent parking! Would get a 5 Star but the truck drivers have to walk the green mile to get a Dunkin Donuts coffee across the whole property! Very clean!

Unprofessional! I have never been a customer there and never will be! The phone number displayed for this plaza is MY PERSONAL NUMBER. I get on average 4-8 calls a day from their customers asking various questions like finding their lost belongings or looking for the nearest gas station because they're extremely low on gas. Naturally, they're highly disappointed to find out that this is not the plaza's number. Sometimes they call twice just to make sure. A customer even sent me a text with a screen shot of Google search of the plaza with my number clearly displayed. Another customer was stranded on the highway and was calling to see how far away the plaza is, and sounded very depressed when I told him he had the wrong number. A business should be more up to date and professionally strategic about their advertising especially if they care about their customers and want to grow their business. This plaza is lacking in that aspect greatly

If you're ever on the FL Turnpike, do yourself a favor and get off it. You'll spend $25 in tolls so that you can be captive to their vendors in their plazas. There are so many people there that you can't just walk up and get what you want a 15-minute stop for gas and grub will easily turn into an hour here. And if Florida's finest show up to try to direct traffic, it could get much worse. This poor dumb trooper was very impatient with me when he was trying to direct me into a stream of moving traffic that apparently he did not see because he was doing nothing to create a gap, he just wanted me to merge into the side of the other car luckily, I was paying attention and not blindly following his instructions.

Impressive, the remodel was excellent. Lots of food choices & restrooms could meet capacity demands. Great job!
