The staff make you feel like a prison inmate instead of a soldier. Rude, disorganized and extremely disrespectful staff. If they hate their jobs, they should just quit. I’m glad I am a happy civilian far away from those people!

Most of the staff are extremely rude. From my experience dealing with the SSC, the non-prior military staff treat you better than those who were prior service. Retirement services were probably the worst.

Is good that everything is in one place. The only thing I will change is for the personnel that work in there for the support of the Soldiers to take lunch in shift in that way is always somebody present to help in any areas.

This is my fifth army base and I like the SSC. The posts I've been to have the same services but in different buildings all over post. It's great that they have it all in one place and it's easy to get too! The staff is very friendly and helpful and easy to find your way around!

The soldier support center is filled with helpful information and services. You can get your taxes filed free and quickly. Pick up free coupons. Get financial support. Sometimes you can even get your NC drivers license in the satellite DMV. Visit the USO for a free snack or use the computer to print. They even have a notary free of charge.
