The food is nasty. I don't know what they serving for boneless spare ribs but it doesn't look right. I ordered white rice, they bring me ham fried rice. I called them and gave me the run-around with 3 different people. They are unprofessional, no class and poor customer service. The eggrolls are undercooked and nasty. I won't waste my money here again. I know what boneless spare ribs look like, and trust me.. Am scared to eat these. It's a bunch of fat, chewy, goo like meat smfh
Great food and great prices. I can make two and sometimes three meals out of one dinner from there. And best almond chicken in the csra.
Eat here often..sometimes 2 times a week since 2007. Food is always spot on. Very good.
Ordered delivery while staying at a nearby hotel. Took an hour and a half to arrive. The delivery guy knocked on my door saying "room service" loudly in the hallway. When I opened the door, he walks all the way into my room. He then gave me the total which was $6 dollars more than what was stated in the menu. The menu did not disclose a delivery fee, it only stated that a $12 minimum order was required for delivery. I had met that minimum with my order. The food was so so. I prefer steamed rice. Their steamed rice is awful and dry. Definitely not good sticky rice I've come to expect from authentic Chinese restaurants. Their beef tasted like Jack Links in gravy. Not a very good choice for Chinese. Never again.
Great for group settings. I encourage many to eat at this establishment. They serve large portions that are perfect for sharing with friends and family.
OK I'm MAD as hell..I ordered their Singapore Angel Hair and chicken wings. Well let me start with the wings. When the order arrived I opened the container to find that the chicken wings were red. I thought they were buffalo wings. NOT!!! They were some red bland nasty chicken wings I have ever tasted. My unborn daughter can make better wings than this SHIGGADY!!! now the Singapore angel hair. known as Singapore noodles. are suppose to have veggies, shrimp, beef and pork. I told them I just wanted shrimp only and the veggies. WELL I opened the container and NOTHING but noodles and shrimp. When I tasted it UUUGGHH!!! I'd rather graze with horses in a hay field. I'm sure That would've taste much better. DISGUSTING FOOD!!! Why did I try it. Well their flier said "Best Augusta 2002" and thought to try it. more like Nasty Augusta 2002 I do not recommend their food at ALL!!!! Very disappointed.
Been going for 20+ years. Sweet staff, good food, seated quickly and reasonably priced.
Well, let's begin. In broken English I tried to place my order when suddenly the call ended, it appeared that their phone had died! Ha! I was then called back and repeated my order multiple before finally receiving confirmation. I waited for a while (due to distance), and when it arrived I hurriedly received my food. A Szechuan beef combo and a sweet and sour chicken combo with two sweet teas. My friend opened his beef combo which, to my chagrin looked delicious indeed, a large slot of beef and assorted vegetables and a veritable mountain of rice. My box felt strangely light, and with an impending sense of dread I opened the box. In horror I looked at the takeout box, one side full of my chicken and the other sideempty. Empty! Nothing! How?! How I wondered could this have happened when I had said specifically, sweet and sour chicken COMBO multiple times during my order. So here I sit, eating my chicken and sipping on my mediocre tea. Though the sauce is good, a little salty from my tears of anger and sadness, but good. I am content.
Don't do it! Weird food. The duck sauce was close to ketchup and the flavors of everything we ordered were just plain strange. I love food and I desperatly wanted to find good Chinese food in Augusta. This is not that.
My boyfriend and I were driving through town on our move and ordered from here because the hotel front desk recommended it, but we weren't impressed. Egg rolls are tiny, food is bland at best, and it's overpriced for what it is. We got way too much food as well.
My friends and I went on a Sunday afternoon so we were not able to get the lunch specials, though I have heard some great things about the portions (and from what I could see the prices were great during the work week!).
The restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived but we figured that we might have just missed the lunch crowd where we arrived sometime around 1:30pm. The woman that served us was very sweet and gracious, especially where she had to wait for us to decide on what we wanted.
The food, though, was not anything amazing. What we ordered was good and warm when we got it but there are definitely other places in town that I want to try before coming back.
