Edit to review: I was originally unhappy with the product i recieved but JoEllen reached out to me to offer a refund and we amicably agreed some misunderstanding about this product and she offered a refund. She was very insistent on doing something so I have asked her to make a donation to the local animal center. She really went above and beyond and I have to say how impressed I am with her customer service and dedication. I'll definitly give Forever Flowers another try.
