Horrible customer service walked in wanting some laminate flooring and the guy couldn't even get out of his chair to show me which one is the best for my needs. Took a little convincing for him to move. He was very rude and not at all enthusiastic about his job. If you want to make business and sell products you really need to treat the customer with respect and not have a mouthful of tobacco and spit in the trash can in front of them.
