I wish all my flower orders were as quick and pretty as this one was. This was a recommendation from someone I know in town. I had to order from the east coast. The employees were supper accommodating and actually had the flowers delivered within 3 hours of my order. I will be utilizing them again for my flower needs in the Vegas area. A++++++.

Wasn't even going to stop here because this isn't my neighborhood. Decided to come in because of the great reviews.

Young lady behind the counter was very friendly. I waited maybe ten minutes for a custom arrangement. It was beautiful. It was also very affordable. And what really mattered was my wife was delighted.

I may not return because of the location but I highly recommend others come here when they need to cheer up their Sweetys.

Flower delivery in North Las Vegas was made easy by calling Flowers by Michelle!! They delivered my order same-day for a 50th anniversary and it was such a pleasant ordering experience! And the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I appreciated all the communication regarding the tracking of my order. I would absolutely recommend this business! Very pleased with the excellent service. Flowers by Michelle help me at a very desperate time. I forgot to order flowers for my husband's private witness cremation. I called around to 2pm the day before the cremation which was scheduled for 7:15am the following day. Their business hours start at 8:00am; Flowers by Michelle promised to have 2 arrangements delivered at 7:00am at the funeral home. hey were there as promised, beautiful arrangements of white roses, gladiolus and greens on vases.
I placed some of the beautiful fragrant flowers around him as I said farewell to the love of my life. I highly recommend Flowers by Michelle. Thank you for the bottom of my heart.

My experience with Flowers By Michelle could not have been better. I went into the store on Dec 22 needing an arrangement of one dozen long stem roses to be delivered Dec. 23. I did not get the name of the counter person who waited on me, but, despite all the holiday activity in the store, she was very pleasant and friendly, expedient, professional, and reassuring in that my request for a beautiful arrangement to arrive on time was guaranteed. It was beautiful, it was on time, and it was about 10% less than I've paid for similar arrangements from other florists in past years. I will look no further than Flowers By Michelle for this annual purchase and any other floral work I need in the coming years.

When seeking a florist for my wedding I had many positive recommendations for Flowers by Michelle from friends and co-workers. They offered excellent pricing and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the over all outcome of the arrangements I ordered! All the employees were very friendly but, Katie was awesome! She took her time to sit down with me and take notes of all the details I had in mind for my special day. One detail in particular that was important to me was that I had peonies in my bridal bouquet. And while they were not in season, Katie worked her magic and was able to follow through and I couldn’t have been more great full for her extra effort! They delivered and set up all the flowers for the ceremony and reception, which was extremely helpful! From beginning to end I couldn’t have been more happy with the beautiful arrangements that Flowers by Michelle created and will most definitely recommend them in the future to my friends and family!

Flowers by Michelle is absolutely amazing. We have used them for years and they always exceed our expectation. They have the absolute best staff. They are knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. They truly care about each arrangement they make and take the time to put their special touch to into each piece they create. Their staff is friendly and enjoyable to work with. I recently had a special event that I ordered flowers for and once again Flowers By Michelle exceeded my expectations and delivered flowers that were absolutely amazing!!!! Flowers by Michelle donates over 100 a single stem roses to our survivors every year during our Making Strides Against Cancer Kickoff Breakfast. Giving a rose to every survivor at our event not only brings a smile to their face but makes them feel so special and loved. We are so thankful for them and could not do this special thing for our survivors without Flowers by Michelle. The staff are always amazing and the roses are always fresh and beautiful! I recommend Flowers by Michelle to anyone I know.

I have used Flowers by Michelle for 2 years now..They are great and my mother is the one that enjoys the beautiful arrangements! I am from out of town and they are the 1st florist to really gain my trust and make my mother so happy! I highly recommend them!

My husband ordered a corsage for my 8 year olds daddy daughter dance on Thursday. They went in the back with the employee and picked flowers to fit her wrist and she kept a sample of the tule to incorporate into the design.
When he picked it up this afternoon (Saturday), the employee working (not the same one as before) gave him a corsage with 5 little roses, a tule like material and some jewels. She told him that they didn't think the original design would fit a child's wrist so they changed it.
First of all, they should make what we ordered, not what they think we want. Second, if there was any question about our order they should have called us. And lastly, when my husband asked if the price changed since it was a lot smaller than the original she said no.
So we paid $27.01 for something I could have made myself. I gave them 2 stars because the employees were nice and the corsage was cute, just not worth $27.01. We will not use them again and not recommend to anyone else.
UPDATE: Barely got to the dance and the corsage came off the wrist band. SO DISAPPOINTING! I will be stopping by tomorrow or when they open next.

Amazing! Went in to buy corsage and boutenir (sp?) on the morning of the Homecoming dance. Beautiful, artistic pieces were ready in a couple of hours. Gave us what we asked for and so much more than we even thought of! A bit pricey, but with the amount of workers I saw putting arrangements together so quickly, I didn't mind, for a 3 or 4 times a year purchases. Gorgeous!!!

The prices are competitive, the flowers are beautiful, and the customer service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. And if you're a CCSD employee, you get a 10% discount!

Several months ago I went to order flowers from another florist close by but they were to busy to fill my order so they told me to call Flowers by Michelle..I have ordered all my flowers from them since..
I placed an order for Mother's Day to be delivered to my significant others work and was a little upset when the wrong arrangement was delivered..I fully understand mistakes are made.. I myself did not read the confirmation email or I would have caught the mistake.. But I'm a guy and we know how guys are..I called the very next day which was the day before Mother's Day and explained what happened to Paula and with no questions asked she corrected the mistake and had them delivered that day..Did not spend more than 5 minutes on the phone.. Excellent customer service and very professional.. I will always order flowers from them..

I called 3 other flower shops before calling here asking if they give military/service discounts. They were the ONLY shop to offer one, so kudos to you! Secondly, Lisa's customer service was amazing! She listened to what I was looking for provided feedback and the end result was a beautiful bouquet that was delivered to my dear friend who is a longtime firefighter. I will not be going anywhere else in the future. You have earned my business!
