This company is by far the most unprofessional, disappointing experience I’ve ever had. What a huge waste of time and money. Completely ruined my son’s experience for his birthday. They were rude, disorganized and unapologetic.

Absolutely awful. I booked a return shuttle to Kennedy Space Center through Expedia with them, they called me 30 minutes later saying they don't have space on the shuttle either way. Disappointing but understandable as it was only the day that before I booked it. However Expedia are now claiming Florida Dolphin Tours are not willing to refund me. Very bad service.

Just back from Florida a few weeks ago , we have done Miami and Clearwater we had a brilliant time this is our 5th time doing dolphin tours Madline is so funny or is she JLO looking forward to going back soon , thanks for a great trip x

Buyer beware. Terrible experience. We booked the aquarium tour from Orlando ($300) and they told us everything was included. We got to the aquarium and all that was included was general admission $25 per person) We paid 4x more just to take a freezing, cold bus from Orlando to Clearwater? Not to mention getting around Clearwater we had to pay for our own transportation AFTER they said free trolleys would take us where we needed to go. Essentially we just wasted over $300 on a trip that we could have done by ourselves for $100.

Amazing value. A two day trip to Miami,packed so much in to the schedule. Great hotel for overnight stop. Madelaine tour guide was first class, very knowledgeable and funny too. Was recommended to me and will recommend to you too. Dolphin swim, airboat tour. South beach sunbathing, fantastic time had by all.

I had taken a two day dolphin tour late last year with my daughter and the experience was out of this world. Highly recommended! Our tour guide Madeline was amazing, playing dual role as driver and guide, she went over and beyond to make the tour absolutely unforgettable. Thank you Florida Dolphin Tours.
