A travel agency that is not open evenings or weekends so people that actually work can't use it. Very helpful.

Had a horrible experience with AAA on Saturday I called for roadside assistance I questioned the tow truck guy and he canceled my toe. the dispatch office that I talked to told me I turned him away. That then made me enter another call for roadside assistance. The Orlando police department was able to help me more than AAA. I was on the side of the road for 5 hours and spoke to 3 "managers" who did nothing to help me. I was so upset and wil never never use AAA again if I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed!

My wife had to wait over 3 hours for a tow in 90+ heat. Member for over 15 years. We will not renew with AAA again. Nothing but excuses. We would have been better off just calling and paying for wrecker service ourselves.

This morning (11/17/16) I was stopping at a 4 way stop in my neighborhood (at Golfview Ave and Violet St, South Daytona), with my whole family in tow. I stopped, there was a truck pulling up to the stop sign to my left. I went to turn right and had to slam the breaks on because truck #7008 with a middle aged white male driving plowed right through the stop sign and almost hit us. He never glanced our way, hit the breaks, never slowed down from about 40mph (speed limit is 25) and never turned back to make sure we were okay. He was turning into an apartment complex at the from of our neighborhood and saw me taking the info down and tried to speed up. I called the number 2x, was put on hold both times and no one came back to the line after waiting almost 7mins and then 5mins. This driver is unsafe; careless and wreckless. I would think AAA would strive for better

Went for passport photo. The post office said my application would have sent it back. Everything was wrong about the photo. If I hadn't had them look it over it would have been a 3 week delay. I want my money back. Going somewhere else CVS. I will post if they don't credit me. I
