Dr. Tao has been so warm and welcoming. Came in to redo invisalign after moving away from my last provider and I have loved my experience thus far. Dr. Tao has made getting care easy and she was really flexible with my schedule (especially as a graduating senior in college I was really appreciative of her making sure I came in when it worked best). The office is a really nice space and Dr. Tao has taken really great care of my teeth so far! Not only is she understanding but also very good with communication. Would definitely recommend going to her if you're in the bay and interested in getting orthodontic work done.

Dr. Cathy Tao has been amazing since my two daughters started their treatments last year. She is very caring and explains any work needs to be done in details. She makes herself available when there is any adjustment bothering my daughters. Her clinic is new and very clean with all updated equipment. I highly recommend her for anyone who is seeking for a caring and knowledgeable Orthodontist.

Choose Dr. Tao! She is experienced and wonderful! My family just had an orthodontic consultation with Dr. Tao, and we had a great time in Florian Orthodontic office. The office is clean and organized with the latest equipment. The doctor and staffs were amiable and helpful. We asked many questions during the consultation, and Dr. Tao answered them patiently. My son was so happy to meet Dr. Tao and can not wait to have braces in her office soon.

Florian and Dr Tao are amazing. Dr. Tao has handled my daughter’s teeth with the greatest care and has been very clear about the entire process. She is always friendly and never fails to make my daughter smile. My daughter loves the abundant color choices for her braces and is happy to go to her orthodontist appointments with Dr Tao. We highly recommend her.

Several months into my Invisalign treatment, I am so happy that I am with Dr. Tao! Her office is incredibly organized and welcoming (not to mention super aesthetic!). She is always so friendly, kind, professional and makes visits something to look forward to. She really takes the time to explain things in detail. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very patient and transparent; you always feel like you're in good hands! Between visits, she also checks in frequently and has been super fast to respond to any questions I've had. I also had a slightly unique insurance situation, but Dr. Tao went out of her way to offer the guidance and accommodation I needed to help me through the process. I was so appreciative of that and it really set her apart. I highly recommend Florian Orthodontics!
