Room was clean, customer service was great, but the air conditioning wasn't the best.

The place had stains on the sheets and blood stains on a white chair completely disgusting. The front staff owner included was completely rude. DO NOT GO HERE. We are evacs from Florida and would've rather slept in our car

I am giving four stars because to me having a clean room is important. It was clean and smelled great. Since we only needed a place to sleep the night we did not try out the pool. The breakfast not so good. I say this only because the coffee tasted awful. The hot water was not hot enough to soften instant oatmeal that I had for breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Be sure to check the outlet that you plug your devices into to make sure that it's on. My husband's phone was not charged in the morning because the light switch was connected to the outlet and it was off

The owner was great! Our car broke down on the other side of Florence. We had the tow truck drop us off at Florence Inn. We had to stay there for a few hours while fixing our car in the parking lot. My two sons and I stayed in the lobby, because it was so hot outside, while my husband tried to fix the car. The owner and maintenance shared tools to accommodate us without any questions. Staff helped by taking my husband to Advance Auto for a part.We ended up having to come back later that night, and stay until we could get a rental car to get back home. The next day we had trouble as Enterprise was booked, and couldn't pick us up until after 12. Check out is at 11. The owner said we could stay in the room as long as needed until Enterprise showed up. Never charged us. He even allowed us to keep our car there until we could come back to tow it 4 days later, and offered to keep an eye on it. Thank you so much. What great people.

Clean with well-operating plumbng (good water flow and good quality water.) Owner on-site and interested in guests having good experience. Rooms are not fancy but hotel is a good value.

The lady at the front office was very nice and kind. Although she said that they don't take reservations in the last minute she held the room for us. It is nothing fancy, but the price was cheap.

For the price it is a fair deal. My room was clean, bed was good. It's not recently remodeled, but that's why you're not paying a lot.

Very nice people - helpful and kind. We traveled all night and had actually checked in another hotel in Columbia but checked out after seeing our room. We were tired and weary and traveling with our dog. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Large field for our dog to run and play out some energy.

I'm driving from Ct to Florida for my child's birthday to finally go to Disney world we been on the road for about 11 hours so we decided to stop herewe've seen good ratings so why not! When I paid for the room she went to hand me my keys and they were not working so she used her master key and said she'll fix ours she'll be up in a few minutes an hour later and still nothing. I decided to give my child a bath since he was sweaty I grabbed the towel that they have and it was covered in poop stains. Not only that but the toilet doesn't flush it overflows!! The heater didn't work and the room smelled super bad this hotel needs work ! Never will stay here again

Great for price. Got in late staff went above and beyond. First room smelled of urine (pet friendly hotel) even tho it was a non pet room. Desk clerk walked up to room and was prepared to show us as many rooms as needed to satisfy us. Next room no smell. Then we needed a key, she went down and brought back up a key. What other hotel would do that? Continental breakfast included was bare bones, but got us going. Shower was good. EXCELLENT PILLOWS!! 3 on each bed and bed fluffy. Bed was comfy, linens bare basic.
