Location was easy to access, Valerie at the front desk, and the gentleman security guard were very friendly. The room was clean, and well kept. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

We had a terrible experience at a different location, bit this location in Florence South Carolina was a pretty good. There were a few small maintenance issues but they made sure to take care of it for us. The staff was extremely kind and courteous. They made us feel at home.

Its a great place to stay if your visiting somewhere in Florence. Its very nice and clean and there is free yummy breakfast! The rooms are very clean and beds are super comfy. Great T.V Channel's and way more!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and the maids did a fantastic job. One room was enough for a family of 5! Continental breakfast was delicious and fresh. This hotel has a pool, workout center, and public meeting rooms.
This was probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in! We'll definitely be coming back.response / report this review -

This is a great and affordable option if you want a clean room with space, a nice pool area when you're on the road and weary to relax in, standard but well stocked Breakfast buffet with a good array of options.
Beds are very comfortable and clean, and the rooms as a whole are very nice, they are a great example of what should be standard in a hotel room these days. Bathrooms could be a little bit bigger, otherwise they're good.
Staff is always helpful and friendly, and do a great job taking care of the guests.
If you want to grab a bite out, there are many options within the area, from fast food to sit down dining, to a steakhouse right down the street.
Right off of I-95 and easy to get to. Will stay here anytime we travel, which is often!response / report this review -

The staff here is amazing, they will help and answer any questions.
The breakfast has been awesome everyday we have been here. Everyday has been something different and is made fresh.
Their rooms are nice and clean, I believe all of the come with a fridge.

The room was nice and roomy but in the middle of a remodel. The bathroom was half finished and the AC unit was on its way out. I would give it a 2 star but because it is being remodeled I have hope things will change. They should notify all ski and snowboard companies if the material their bathtub was made of. Despite it being ancient it is quite possibly the most slick surface I have every stepped into. My 2 year old was unable to stand in the tub and I baked my knee getting in later on despite knowing it was slick. The tub faucet was very hard to calibrate to a comfortable temperature. They removing crew also left the old light fixtures in the bathroom. In the living area it was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

Very surprised at how nice this place is on my first visit. Stopped over for a night while driving down to Florida. I highly recommend it. The rooms are huge and spacious. The breakfast is great. Make your own waffles, the kids liked that. Staff is friendly.

This place was exactly what my husband and I needed. We had been on the road for about 13 hours and we weren't going to make it home before falling asleep. We needed a place to stay for the night so we could finish our trip home and this was a good decision. The room was clean and well put together, shower had good water pressure and was nice and hot, bed was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was simple but they had a waffle iron and good coffee, and they had an extra clean blanket in the closet for my cold feet. It was like they knew I was coming! I will be staying at a Country Inn & Suites again!
