I was a first time customer, but felt very welcome! I always have some trouble getting a pair of sneakers that fit well. they took a lot of time with me to find the right fit. They had me walk a ways on the treadmill and "scanned" my feet to help me and them both understand what would work best. In my mind, this is time very well spent! The shoes I came away with, are very comfortable, and don't feel like they will need much "break-in" time. For shoes you wear a lot, or work out in you owe it to yourself (your feet) to find a place like this that will help fit you right!

I used to run a lot but in the years since I graduated college have not been as active. My feet are much more finicky than they used to be, so when I bought a pair of shoes from Target that were cute and tried to run in them, I really messed up my feet. Enter Fleet Feet. I had heard good things and was looking for an expert to help me find shoes that really fit me. When I arrived, I was assigned to a shoe specialist who asked what kind of activity I was looking to do in my shoes. They then had me walk/run on a treadmill both with and without shoes while they recorded my feet. They reviewed the video with me to show my stride and how my feet were rolling, explaining how that all related to the type of shoe I would need. They then brought out several different options and let me try them on the treadmill and even outside in the parking lot. The shoe I selected was definitely more than I usually pay for tennis shoes, but the experience and the overall fit of the shoe I got is definitely worth the price. If you're someone who has issues finding shoes that fit or you're just looking to be more informed about your stride and form when you run, you have got to visit this place!

I went in on a weekday around noon hoping the place would be empty and I'd be able to take my time to get fitting for some shoes and I wasn't disappointed. I've been running maybe 25-30 miles a week and had on and off ankle pain with my cheap shoes. Dave (I think) really helped me out, measured and scanned my feet, had me run on the treadmill and filmed me running on their treadmill. I then tried on a few pairs and picked one. Dave also changed out the insoles with some custom fitted ones. I paid a bunch of money, this place isn't cheap but it was worth it. Ran 9 miles yesterday with zero pain. If you have never be fitting for running shoes skip a few chipotle burritos and lattes and head over there, your feet will thank the heck out of you.

Everyone was super helpful. Made a purchase out of town at another location and came here to exchange and find the right fit. Billy was great with suggestions and did an awesome job while juggling several other customers on a busy Saturday.

Visited today to pick up a pair of free running shoes that came with a race entry. The ones I ordered didn't fit and they happily found a pair that met my needs. Olivia provided great customer service and recommendations.

Pricing was a little steep; I ended up finding a better deal online. The store was going to have to order the color I wanted in the size that I needed and they said it would take about two weeks for it to arrive. As you may have guessed, I had my online ordered shoes in less than 5 days.

Amazing experience visiting the ship. They patiently sent time with me and my wife is selecting a running shoe. I like these guys very much compared to the large reatailers.
