About two weeks ago my road bike needed a tune up because my gears were slipping. I took it to Fizz’s. The gears were better for a few days then it started sounding like someone was putting a stick in the spokes when I changed into a low gear. I called up Fizz’s and said something isn’t right and that it only occurred after the tune up. I was going to take the bike in Friday. Today I took the bike for a ride and heard that same noise. Next thing I know my entire gear box flew into the spokes, it actually fell off and the bike totally seized up and I came crashing down, as I was clipped in.

I contacted Fizz’s and told them this was very poor workmanship and very unreliable. I now have a torn up bike that needs to be taken to Schwinn with extensive damage.
