I had a good experience with them, very friendly. I didn’t regret driving from Lexington Ky to Indiana because in less done five minutes they told me what was wrong with my 2004 Prius. A local toyota dealership couldn’t tell me in two hours and wanted more hours for diagnostic.

When my good deal of a lifetime Prius died after 450 miles of service I hauled it to Steve at AutoBeYours. What an amazing bunch of people, everyone had that small town/next door neighbor attitude about taking care of me and my car. Not sure I will own another Prius, but if I do it will visit Steve when necessary. Wow, thanks again. UPDATE now after 3,500 miles of service my Prius is still going strong, the problems has been resolved.. thanks again.

These guys are incredible. Pulled a MFD unit out of a 2006 Prius that was malfunctioning dropped it into the mail and in a few days later received notification that the unit was received and repairable.
They sent me an invoice (easy to pay via CC or pay-pal) then another email arrived with a tracking # letting me know the unit was on its way back WITH a 1 YEAR warranty no less! Installed the unit back into the vehicle and "on the road again!" Honorable, reputable and reliable. You can't go wrong using these folks!

The MFD on my 2008 Toyota Prius suddenly stopped working recently. When I researched replacing the part, I learned that a new part would cost $4700-$4800. My fiance found AutobeYours online and we sent the MFD to them UPS and within one week the MFD was returned in working order and the cost was only $325 which included return shipping. They also warranty the repair for one year. I cannot thank them enough for providing such fantastic service at such a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to any Prius owner experiencing problems with their MFD device.

I could hardly be more satisfied. Toyota quoted me a hard $5265 to repair/replace my failed non GPS MFD. I searched an found AutoBeYours with the same guarantee and instructions for removal/replace. Including mailing my time was about 1 hour and 10 minutes (5 to remove MFD an hour to mail, and 5 min to reinstall the repaired MFD). Works like a charm.
