A huge thank you and kudos to the service techs at Herb Kinman Chev in Carrollton KY!!! Enroute from Detroit to Nashville we picked up a nail driving through I75 construction and the tire was unable to hold pressure. A friendly service attendant at the Marathon station in Verona, KY was kind enough to research and provide us with the name and location of the nearest Chev dealer. We pulled up to the service doors at 5 minutes to 12 when the tech at door told us they normally close up shop at noon! However, that didn't matter - the tech looked for and found the needed tire in stock and installed it immediately. In less than an hour we were on the road again! GM can be proud of the service department at Herb Kinman for having employees not only willing to work past the normal quitting time but also performed that work with a welcome hand and friendliness.

The service department here was wonderful for us. We broke down coming from Ohio heading to Nashville. They had to special order the part we needed but they got it in first thing in the morning and we were back on the road in 45 minutes. Under time and cost estimate! Super happy with this dealership.

As a Chevrolet customer -- PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. I drive a Chevrolet Traverse and my family drives Chevrolet vehicles. My family and I wanted a used vehicle and bought one here based on several employees saying the vehicle was in excellent operating condition. We have had the van for one month and it is in the shop again with THOUSANDS of dollars of repairs, including major safety issues like 2 gas leaks and broken brake drums and pads worn down to nothing. We also had to jump it to start it and now it needs a new radiator and thermostat after leaving my entire family, including 3 dogs and our child, stranded on the side of the highway. Buy your next car somewhere else!

PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I am filing a complaint with GM customer relations about this dealer. I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I bought a used vehicle that was inspected by their service department and cleared to be safe to drive. They lied about several things, the vehicle was leaking gas when I picked it up and the vehicle's brakes were absolutely destroyed after they said everything was working great. The brakes are so bad the drum in the rear passenger side is split in half. Apparently they didn't notice that when they inspected the vehicle. Car dealerships can be good, and I have bought cars from several different dealerships, but this one is the worst. Very unethical!

The experience was great. I was able to schedule the appointment online and was able schedule the time that worked with my work schedule. Also, the checkin and check out process was great and they even put the car through a car wash without having to ask. Great Job.

The usual car dealer sales tactics! Verbally told and lower interest rate and term limit, then fast talked through paperwork. I will not be a repeat buyer! Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and letting my friends and family know to be very careful if they visit this dealership.

After my experience with my last Chevrolet dealer I wasn't sure I would ever find a dealership that I could trust. Thank goodness for Heath, AJ and the wonderful people in the service department. Kinman will have my business for life. Thank you!
