Staff at Fix My Roof were quick to respond to our request for an inspection and bid. They were polite, patient and easy to work with, arriving on time for inspections and installation of our silicone roof. Our neighbors recommended them and just love that the company CONTACTS THEM each year to inspect the roof - who does that anymore!! One less thing I need to remember to do! Neighbors roof is several years old now and they have not had any issues. We have had our roof for several months and have not had any problems to date, our leak is no longer an issue.

Just putting down silicone over an existing roof and then saying don't touch it or you won't be covered anymore doesn't cut it. Like other reviews, the quality of work was poor with bubbling and uneven surfaces. Roof has a serious pooling of water that's due to rise in the silicone or what's under it that was not properly assessed. Now what? You void the warranty having to fix the problem that should have been addressed before just slapping on a "rubber sheet." To me, they don't do a true assessment of work to be done even if it means a difficult conversation and more money to do it right the first time. Customers will appreciate that more than how upsetting it is to find out later and even more cost to go with it. They are supposed to be the professionals and act as a consultant for the homeowner. Poor quality. Poor support. Inspector came out for yearly review and said all was fine. Nope. Not even close. Anyone could see the pooling of water was an issue. And washing their hands of any responsibility once it's done. Would not recommend.

Fix My Roof did a great job! They were very professional and conscientious in their work. The job was completed in a timely manner. The roofers were pleasant and courteous.
I would recommend them to anyone needing an inspection and roofing work.

Fix My Roof was incredibly professional and easy to work with from my initial inspection and quote , through the entire week long roof installation.
Their crews were friendly, professional and were very diligent to make sure they didn't disrupt me while being there.
It was a seamless process and a great experience.
I would highly recommend Fix My Roof and their inspection and construction teams.
It was a great experience and the final product of a tar & gravel tear-off and full double coated silicone roof went very smoothly and it looks amazing.
They came back to check on it and make sure there weren't any issues and will check on it next year and warranty it for the next 10 years.
I truly couldn't recommend them any higher. A++
Make your life easy, go with these guys, they make a big decision easy and I am so glad I followed my intuition and all the great previous reviews and went with Fix My Roof.

It has now been about 18 months since Fix My Roof restored my roof. I have been very pleased with the results and follow up service. The crew was very professional and showed up on time. The first day was quite messy and a lot of dust/dirt was blown off the roof while they prepared it for their process. The crew did a great job cleaning up the dust and debris even though toward the end we had a rain shower which made it difficult to clean up. They returned the next two days to apply the material and seal the roof. I have experienced zero issues with the roof and they returned to perform maintenance at the one year mark as promised. They even patched up the spots that were slightly exposed after my subsequent solar panel installation.
