  This company specializes in flat roof work. Not all roofing companies do. Excellent service and clear explanations. They also honored the warranty. Thanks to Nick for great service!

  We had both our building roof and two sunroom roofs done by Terry and his crew and are very pleased with the friendly and informative service and timely and extremely well accomplished work. Flat roof responded to my call immediately, sent a proposal quickly and the work was top notch. Terry kept us well informed and in good communication throughout the process, the technicians worked efficiently and cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. The recent storms put the roofs to the test. Where we would have had leakage and flooding in the past (as many neighbors did) we stayed bone dry. Recommend highly!

  I called Chicago flat roof company they gave me a reasonable quote, I had some leaks near my gutter, I wanted to wait for a few rain storms before I gave my review, The crew came out and they were very professional. Terry was very easy to work with and informed me throughout the process highly recommend this company.

  We had a great experience using Chicago Flat Roof Company. Terry and his team provided a quick inspection and recommendations for our leaky roof and completed work within only days of signing the contract. All communication was handled professionally and we have been very happy with the completed work.

  Last week we had some heavy rain that poured for a couple days along with high winds that blew off the cover over the opening to access the roof which tumbled and the edge pierced/punctured my flat roof. Water came into my 3rd floor unit right down through the light fixture.
  
  I called at least 6 Roofer either no answer, no show or showed promised to do work but never followed up.
  
  My neighbor recommended Chicago Flat Roof Co. I called Terry Miller direct and he responded within the hour we spoke he reached out to his reps out in the field near me they were there within 3hrs completed repair in about a hour.
  
  Very respectful of my property when left their material onto the roof explained what they saw and how they would address took before and after pictures and sent to me while on site.
  
  Awesome Service ! ! Great experience !
  
  Price was reasonable for an emergency repair !
