  I was in need of a new roof, so I reach out to a few companies that specialize in commercial flat roofs. Ben came out and gave an estimate with a few options. I asked if I could get the estimate back sooner than later. I did receive it within the next day. And move forward on the process and it was done three weeks later be for the rain at the end of December. Once they finish I did have a little bit of water coming through and Igor came back ASAP and fix it. With all the rain lately it hasn’t leaked. Definitely a trustworthy company.

  When I noticed a leak in my garage the first and only place I called was Flat Roof Pros. My leak got fixed really fast. This was my 3rd time using this company and I’m very happy with the quick and professional way they do the repairs. I highly recommend them.

  I highly recommend Flat Roof Pros. We used them for our commercial building in Downtown Oakland were their representative met me on site to inspect the roof conditions and prepare a detailed proposal with photos showing all work to be included. The roof crew was quick and efficient in their work, beating the first rain of the season (no leaks!). There were a few areas that required some follow up, so I was impressed with their quick response to correct all items in my punch list. In addition, the owner of Flat Roof Pros checked in with me several times during the project and the follow up to make sure we were satisfied with the work. He assured us that they will be there for us if there are any problems in the future.

  I had to repair an aging flat roof on a fourplex I own in the East Bay. I requested bids from various roofing contractors with experience on flat / commercial roofs. Flat Roof Pros stood out since they had a competitive quote, the best labor and manufacturers warranty for their work and the most experience working with flat roofs. They are also licensed and had sufficient workers comp and commercial liability insurance, which is definitely something I need to have if I have workers 20+ feet above a parking lot working on my roof.
  
  Since the work was completed they have also been very responsive. We had a leak that wasn't actually coming from the roof, but from an old downspout. They came out right away to inspect and help us identify the location of the leak so we could repair it. Overall I've been very impressed with their level of professionalism and commitment to stand behind their work.

  Igor was straightforward, honest and helpful throughout the entire process. Roof was completed early February. Satisfied w/ the quote process, roof installment, and look and performance of roof thus far. Prepped well to minimize excess trash, nails, etc. Lawnmower has yet to catch anything left over from roofing job. Good professional clean and headache free. A+
