  Great service. Mike Smalligan is always great to work with. We send our customers there for all our houses with fireplace.

  My wife and I were fortunate to pick Fireplace Gallery. We were primarily helped by Mike Brummell, but the entire staff was incredibly helpful. Mike helped us pick out a fireplace insert and helped us with two different contractors for the finishing work. Throughout the process, Mike was exceptional about overviewing the process and how his team would work in tandem with the contractors to make sure the finishing work was done right, in spec for the insert, and that it was what we wanted. Their team, including Mike were fantastic with communication not only with us, but the contractor as well. The fireplace is everything we could have hoped for and there isn’t a better shop and team out there for fireplace work. We had an excellent 5 star experience with them. Highly recommend stopping in if you are interested in a fireplace.

  I wish they had 6 stars, I would give this business 6 for sure. From the sales staff to Tina in the office to the 2 fine young men who did the installation…. All were professional, kind and courteous.
  In all my years I have never had installers who were as professional, kind and courteous as the 2 gentlemen who did our installation. I wish I had noted their names. They showed a high level of care for our home and explained what they were doing and why.
  I would highly recommend this business.

  Was extremely please with the whole buying process from Fireplace Gallery. The process was smooth, and the employees were very helpful, even though we planned on doing what i would call the "finishing" of the fireplace ourselves. We even built the initial frame ourselves based upon the specs that they gave us. Mike was available anytime we had a question, and sold us an awesome unit in the Napoleon Fireplace unit.
  
  Items that they installed for us:
  1. Fireplace and venting
  2. Gas line ran from the basement to the new fireplace.
  
  We then finished the surrounding mantel by having it drywalled around the unit and I completed the woodwork, painting, and trim myself.
  
  Everything from Fireplace Gallery was done timely and professionally, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!
