I’ve used Dewey Pest Control since 2015. Their service technicians have always been reliable, communicative, and friendly. Andrea is who services my home now. She is wonderful! The day before my service is scheduled, she always calls to remind me that she’ll be to my home the next day. There have been a number of times that I’ve forgotten to unlock the gate that leads to the side and back of my house. Any time this has happened, she has been gracious and totally accommodating. There have been times when we have rescheduled the service, and other times when she worked out a system with me so she was able to access the area. Andrea is professional and trustworthy. I really appreciate her and Dewey Pest Control’s value for good customer service!
