Oh Lord, this place I think the food is good, little on the pricey side, but still good. The crew tho, it's a mess I don't think they can get an order right. As I'm sitting here, waiting for my sandwich for about 20 min, there were 4 customers that returned their order because it was not made properly It's like this every time I come here

TERRIBLE. ON LINE ORDER PLACED AT 1025 AM FOR A 1145 AM PICKUP AND FINALLY GOT MY ORDER AT 1215 PM. SOMEONE HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR 19 SUBS BY PHONE AND CAUSED A BIG BACKUP. WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS COMING AFTER ME AND GETTING FOOD FIRST. OPINION: IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE A LARGE ORDER , DON'T TAKE IT. ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAD A TRAINEE ON REGISTER THAT WAS HAVING SIGNIFICANT DIFFICULTY AND WAS LEFT ALONE TO FEND FOR HIMSELF. AND THEN I GET BACK TO WORK AND FIND THE ORDER WAS WRONG. LEFT OUT THE EXTRAS I ASKED FOR. NOT HAPPY.

Wow it,s to bad u folks had a bad meal, as for me and my friend Mark , Best subs we ever had.been there 10 times and we drive from El Centro. Firehouse has my back , the service was very good, we are waiting for them to open in El centro soon! Hint hint more number threes wow great sub Mike K

I would rather have starved myself for the remainder of our six hour car ride than eat here. Out of the four sandwiches we ordered only one of them was correct. I asked for a turkey sandwich with all the toppings, and what did I have? Just lettuce and mayo on the WRONG bread. I went up and politely asked to be made a new sandwich and showed my receipt. The girl working then grabbed my receipt started slamming things behind the kitchen, rolled her eyes at me, and talked negatively about me to other co-workers, which I know because I read her lips. As I watched her hissy fit escalate the woman standing behind me, who I din't know, asked if it was a joke. I talked to a manager who didn't care either and I demanded my money back. This place is more than a joke, it's merely a shack filled with unprofessional lazy employees. Corporate will be hearing from me, do yourself a favor and pick a different break spot.
